So explain how the bulls started the season 9-6 and have went 46-14 since without noah for 34 of them games?

And without boozer for 9 of those games(on top of the 15 he missed to start the season)

Beat the c's,spurs, heat 3x,mavs twice, and every team in the west playoffs and the lakers lost to the heat twice and the cavs wit 3 three game losin streaks

I'm not discrediting anything Rose has done personally on the court brah. But u can't say that Boston making the dumbest fucking trade of the year hasn't added to their decline towards that part of the season. The Celtics had a lead on them just like the Spurs did the Lakers. D Rose playing without some players. Kobe playing the LEAST amount of minutes in his career since his second season and coming off of knee surgery. Like I said cut's both ways. Rose didn't carry anyone through anything he plays great team basketball just the way Kobe does. That's why their doing so good. No one man does it on his own ask the dude with five chips that

It doesn't but what has D Rose done that Kobe didn't in the first half? Same averges Kobe slightly more points. Kobe playing four minutes less a game than Rose too. And one loss divides them at the all star break? Soo....??? Ur point?

The celtics had a 1.5-3 game lead 'brah' Not up 7-8 games C's also aint go on a 6 game losing streak

Kobe playing a career low in mins has absolutely nothin to do wit nba mvp and Rose didnt carry anyone just shows you dont watch the bulls

Rose last 3 bad shooting games/high to games = 3 L's for the bulls. If rose dont play good bulls lose

Before the season Nobody had the bulls as the 1 seed or competing for best record in the nba They are in this position cuz of defense and cuz of rose elevating his game

Spurs are 3-7 last 10 games Celtics 5-5 sooo again the Bulls are getting help from the C's too. Lmao at you saying Kobe playing less minutes has nothing to do with Rose and me watching the bulls when it's common sense that a guy playing four minutes less than Rose and a player who doesn't play with the ball in his hands as much as Rose who is not a point guard has better averages than him. Lol common sense bro cmon. So i guess because Kobe has the best supporting cast it should discount him from the MVP award every year since Rose is carrying his team and doing it by himself. Yes cause of their defense. And Rose counts for what portion of that defense? It's the play of the big men since Boozer and Noah coming back not Rose SHUTTING NIGGAS down outside and in. Again Rose ain't God and your points are not being proven so.....? Stop jumping on the media bandwagon of Derrick Rose and look at the facts which i just laid out for you.

Season is 82 games long....it doesn't end at the All Star game....doesn't end before it.

If Bryant & the Lakers finish ahead of the Spurs, it's between Howard, Rose & Kobe. Rose & Kobe's output is similar and Kobe was without some pieces of his team as well.

At the end of the day, Kobe's gotten robbed HARD. Best player of his generation & he only got one MVP. Sham.

Since the 1982–83 season, every player who has won the mvp award has played for a team with at least 50 regular-season wins (except for Karl Malone in the lockout-shortened 1998–99 season, in which the regular season was only 50 games long).

2004–05 NBA season. the lakers were 34-48.

2005–06 NBA season. the lakers were 45-37.

2006-07 NBA season. the lakers were 42-40

see Ant4523 post, after yours, where he validated truths I dropped on Kobe, avg. 30 pts, 7 rebs, 7 ast, and 2 steals...LOL...show me a year Jordan had that type of output, and didn't win MVP?

you know, this could be more of one of those moments where people spent so much time hating on Kobe, game after game, until the end of the season comes and you refuse to accept where you missed out on greatness-------------while standing there watching it!!

Plus...the Lakers finished better than they were predicted that year, when they weren't expected to win 50 games.

4 of jordan mvp's is when the bulls had the best record in the east

the other one is when the bulls had the 3rd best record in the east

*Looks and sees the lakers have 3 players averaging double figures not named kobe and 2 who have missed zero games*

*Looks at bulls and see's one* yet the bulls have the exact same record

Rose has more responsibility, plays the toughest position in the nba, rose dont get nights off rose dont have the luxury of facing cj miles G ass or gary matthews

Rose outplayed the best pg's in the nba what sg's are kobe facing that compare to rondo,D will or c paul?

Rose aint got bynum or gasol to rely he got one dimensional noah and inconsistent injury prone boozer who both missed 58 games

Kobe is Not the sole reason the lakers are winning Rose is

all facts....

a result of him playing in a league, or Kingdom at his feet, in which he never had to deal with media-hatred and league-hatred that Kobe has weighing on him since 2003.

you're clueless on sports concepts, as usual...

since Kobe's team won 50 games when he avg. 30 pts 7reb 7ast 2steals, and got robbed of the MVP...same thing, in 2005-'06 season when he was robbed of MVP Award, in favor of Steve Nash's Division II-A defensive impact on nba basketball

LMAO the lakers didn't have 50 wins in the 05-06 season

cosign everything but the bolded... rose absolutely carried that team this year. thats why they might not come out the east tho. they rely on him way too much. if rose have a shaky game in the playoffs they most likely gonna lose that shit

if kobe have a shaky game tho, pau gasol got a very good chance of pullin that shit out.

2009-10 LeBron James Cleveland
2008-09 LeBron James Cleveland
2007-08 Kobe Bryant Los Angeles Laker
2006-07 Dirk Nowitzki Dallas
2005-06 Steve Nash Phoenix

2004-05 Steve Nash Phoenix
2003-04 Kevin Garnett Minnesota
2002-03 Tim Duncan San Antonio
2001-02 Tim Duncan San Antonio
2000-01 Allen Iverson Philadelphia
1999-00 Shaquille O'Neal Los Angeles Lakers
1998-99 Karl Malone Utah

Yea yea...that's bullshit. the right & obvious thing >>>> outdated precedents.

2006 & 2007 - Kobe Bryant was the best player in basketball bar none. The Lakers were over .500. The Lakers made the Playoffs. Kobe took Smush Parker, Luke Walton & Devean George to the Playoffs in the Western Conference both years. Kobe was having 60 point games every other week. Kobe averaged 35 ppg in 06. Averaged 31 ppg in 07. Nash averaged 18ppg in 2006. Dirk averaged 24ppg. Lakers won 45 (.549) in 06 & 42 (.512)...they were above .500, 5-8 more games shouldn't have been the deciding factor in Kobe being the MVP. He's was bounds & leaps better than Dirk & Nash. He played in a tough conference with weaker teammates than Nash or Dirk.

2003 - Kobe should've won this year too. Averaged 30ppg all season. Had 9 consecutive games of 40 points or more. Averaged 40ppg in February 2003. Lakers won more than 50. Shaq missed games & averaged 27ppg. Tim who won the MVP averaged less 23ppg. Spurs finished 1st, Lakers finished 5th. TMac was also in consideration. It was bullshit. Kobe was better that year & had a good record.
