Bottom line is, both of them are getting a lot of credit for stacking up wins since the All Star break based on Defensive efforts that have little to do with either of them.
That being said, Id say Rose. Kobe fans are just bitter he only has 1 MVP award and are going into overdrive based on the fact that Rose isnt putting up gaudy numbers.
