I can say Drake is overrated but it be a bad ideah to say Scarface & Ghostface Killa are overrated!

That's a good argument and a true one. Some people just have a high respect level and to some are above criticism. That seems fair I suppose.

At the bold exactly I can't call hip hop pioneers and rappers that have had a positive impact on the genre "overrated"

You'll never catch me call old school pioneers like Kurtis Blow, Kool Moe Dee, Run DMC etc wack or overrated. Big, Pac, Jay, Nas, LL Cool J etc overrated or wack. I got too much respect for them and what they did for hip hop.

Biggie is overrated. I dont see how you can be the "greatest ever" with 2 albums of limited range and average lyrical skill. there were tons of albums better than RTD in 94 and tons of albums better than LAD in 1997.

He still had some tracks towards social messages but the nigga went from Baby Black Panther to Superthug are you now trying to tell me he didn't change?

Go back and look at Pac's complete discography...it's the same music, the beef shit just got more attention, but he still had just as many "Still I Rise's" as "Against All Odds" that were recorded during his time on Death Row
