I dont think many people think 2pac is overrated. Especially us that were there at that time in the 90s. They genuinely like his music. He was that good. Overrated? thats another term like "best" that you outgrow as you mature. Different strokes for different folks. No matter what people on the internet say, people like what they like in reality.
