Since "rape" is non-consensual sex, would a female be a rapist for waking her husband up with oral sex?..
And would it be considered rape if a woman stops wanting to have sex during intercourse but doesn't speak up about it?..

You're still a fucking idiot, Rodriguez.
Prison rape isn't on there.
personally, i think rape is wrong obviously but the way women act and are raised and the way men are raised cause problems and the fact that many women put themselves in dangerous positions
Majority of times a situation wouldn't be "dangerous" if men could control themselves and their urges. That's what it boils down to.
"Well she dressed in a mini skirt so she was asking for it" smhhhh, yawl some nasty rape advocates.
But naw, y'all wanna argue about semantics and side topics of what should and shouldn't be deemed as rape. All yawl some Mr. Well What If's. "Well what IF I'm stroking and at any point she says "no, stop!" and I keep stroking til I bust...Is it rape?!"
^Simply dumb as hell.
Yeah, shit happens...but why can't men control themselves? Men unable to control themselves and foolishly taking advantage of a situation that could potentially ruin their lives. Weird and sad.
Rape is rape is rape. May not always seem fair to you personally but very few times is it faked. False cries of rape just get plenty of media time which makes them seem as if they occur more often.
Just as most of yall are QUICK to say "well, she shouldn't have put herself in that situation..." yall need to take your own advice in certain circumstances. Smarten up.
let me flip this.
why did she leave her friends to go sniff cocaine off someone's dick? why did she get drunk and let two guys run a train on her? fact is people need to make responsible decisions. im saying (which you and loca aren't getting) that both parties are responsible (if we assume women and men are equal).
You need to use common sense, which i'm sure your mother explained to you. you know men look at you as a sexual object, you know they want to have sex with you, yet you lead them on and knowingly put you in yourself in position that you can't control anymore.
I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS ALWAYS THE CASE.
Actions have consequences. if a guy walks in a room full of horny women and slaps his dick in the face, the fuck you think is gonna happen. If i go in a gang controlled neighborhood with the wrong colors or whatever, the fuck you think is gonna happen?
The fact we're making is that a woman does not cause herself to get raped; it's lack of control on the male's end.
So some bad-judgment-making female is "higher than Denzel on Flight", drunk, obviously not in full control of all her faculties/senses, etc. What would possess a male to rape her other than lack of control and bad judgment on his end? Exactly.
If a Brinks money truck tips over, driver unconscious, money flying through the air like a stripper club...are you gonna steal the money? At first you may think yes! this shit laid out for the taking...but then if your GOOD JUDGMENT comes into play you stop and think about how the money may be traceable, how that driver may not be as unconscious as you previously thought and can help put you in jail.
My point is if such cons of the situation run through your head you should be able to control yourself and leave that situation the hell alone.
Secondly, no one deserves to be raped no matter what they're wearing or what "dangerous situation" they're in.
If a female family member of yours was a drunken party girl in her day and got raped...does that make it acceptable because she made silly mistakes and "put herself there"? No.
Men need to step back from those situations just as women who rape men need to step back. Don't take advantage of a temporary pleasure that will potentially come back and ruin you.

I'm tired of people trying to put the responsibility solely on women to prevent rape from happening, as if rape is an outcome of stupidity.
Men should actually be more offended by that--relieving men of responsibility to prevent rape really is more of an insult to the male sex, because it's basically saying that you're all nothing but pigs who have no self-control/moral compass, other than to shove an unwanted penis or finger up in someone.
did you read what i said? and yes, rape can sometimes be a women's fault. if you walk around with no clothes, tease /lead men on, sniff some cocaine, go home with a strange unfamiliar man and end up getting raped, then yes, its partially your fault. if everyone is supposed to be equal, we need to have the same standards for everyone

If I'm interpreting this correctly, it seems absurd.
So, two people have been having sex for 30 minutes.....she tells him to stop....he keeps going for another minute or so until he busts.....and the woman can claim that she was raped because he kept going for another minute after she told him to stop?????
But she didn't have any problem with her guts getting beat in for the first 30 minutes???

Do you really think the law was intended for situations like that to be considered rape?
Smh....
It means that if you are in the middle of sex and one is forced into having oral/anal sex they have legal recourse...but thats only if you live in Illinois
maybe i didnt make myself clear, but my point was that unlike some of you would like to believe laws and enforcement vehicles do not prioritize addressing rape which in my mind further affirms the claim that we do live in a rape culture
You, me, and Six need to meet over coffee.
I love your posts.

only half of victims of rape come forward anyways
and they do prosecute individuals who falsely cry rape
its a hard thing to prove though
Just like rape
Consider out of 100 rapes 5 lead to convictions
And only 3% of rapist spend a day in jail
Google it boo

notice i didn't type the words "deserve" or "asking" at all. getting drunk/high is a controllable factor so your analogy is off Six. People who put themselves in those positions should know exactly what to expect. You have to be very naive to think that putting yourself in a place with men looking for sex, alcohol and drugs is a safe area.
@ Lil Loca, no one deserves to get raped but you sure are putting yourself in the position to get raped
Of course you might be putting yourself in the position.

First one I would think yes.
Second one I haz no clue. Few months ago there was a case discussed where a lady with cerebral palsy was 'raped' but the accused was not convicted and walked because she did not put up 'adequate struggle' to indicate the sex was not consensual.
