I meant before the transaction is finalized... if the 'deal making' is still going on and the 'deal is not sealed' yet, one can withdraw and the other is technically stealing if they do not oblige. After the fact one could not withdraw because it is already done but during there is no issue in matters involving the exchange of other goods and services, so why would it be any different in exchanges of sexual services?

because the transaction is penetration not ejaculation. the deal is "finalized" when sex begins. thats why i say its not a good comparison. you also cant "give back" any thing with sex.

One party might be salty about it because they were led on but the other party has the right to end the deal before it is completed, and carrying out the transaction to completion without the consent of the other party is stealing (or rape).

In 2008 the FBI found there to be a whopping: 90,479 rape victims. However the Justice Department looked into the issue of prison rape for the same year and received a conservative estimate of: 216,000 victims of sexual assault nationwide.

There are obvious issues with the data provided by the justice department but the numbers they provided dwarf the shit out of the numbers from the FBI, proving that male rape that goes on in prisons is highly overlooked by most researchers and potentially tip the scale the other way in terms of gender differences for sexual assault.

I'm tired of people trying to put the responsibility solely on women to prevent rape from happening, as if rape is an outcome of stupidity.

Men should actually be more offended by that--relieving men of responsibility to prevent rape really is more of an insult to the male sex, because it's basically saying that you're all nothing but pigs who have no self-control/moral compass, other than to shove an unwanted penis or finger up in someone.
