I have worked with every racial group, ethnicity and group you can name. I haven't had any issues with a single race or group. If I had difficulties working with someone it had everything to do with their character and habits and not where they were from. There's good and bad people in every race. You can't let a few speak for an entire group.

Yea I have to agree here, Sion. I have worked with mostly every group in different job fields. There are bad ones in every group and we have to act accordingly. I will say however that as I started working in the more professional fields, typically whomever was the main boss dictated the culture and other coworkers around you act a certain way.

Word. It always starts at the top. My bosses have always shown me what they expect through their own actions.

In my personal experience, I don't like working with any of them. They all have their pros and cons. Due to bad/bounced checks, nigga rigging, attitudes, being cheap, and trying too hard to please whitey....working for black folks is the most bullshit.

Like I said, that's from my personal experiences from working for multiple black folks.

The easiest is the Migos. Muy bueno

i work with many people around the globe at very high levels.

i will say the japanese was the easiest to work with. very welcoming, paid for everything. one chick was even trynna stop thru...i didnt realize how she wanted to stop thru until i told her my wife was coming and she cancelled her visit....lol. also dominicans....they are easy to get along with but will rob your ass blind when you turn your head.

the hardest group were american white people in general, because of what i do , i am always questioned at sick levels about my background and knowledge only for them to try to verify and look stupid but even then they still want someone that looks like them to do the job even if they are less experienced....shit gets on my nerves. the same with puerto ricans and cubans.

Respect man. I can't believe how people expect that no one else except their "ethnic group " or whatever should be at the same level professionally as if no one else can be successful and excel in their proffesional fields, is ridiculous. Still they take the time to try and make sure you make the cut just to look silly like you said smh.

The other day a I took an uber to my job and the driver was a guy from India... So we start talking about work and shit and all of that and finally he asks me were am I from?? I tell him, he tells me he is from India and that by the way I spoke to him and described my job and what I do he says he can tell I ain't no kiss ass at work or what not... Then he goes on to tell me that a lot of folks from India are very smart and successful which I responded with I thought so too am not gonna lie folks from India seem to always have very successful jobs if you will idk maybe is just me.... Well he says that many people from India do have those jobs cause they are big time brown nosers and kiss ass... I was shocked he told me that to be honest idk if is true but this came from him... He says yeah my friend you would be surprised about my people I was still shocked lol

White people in management are annoying

Easiest to get along with? Mexican/black but SOME ARe also lazy, late, take too many dayz off n my job would fire them

Apparently you are lazy to though man wth lol.

Look I "just let Asians do all the work , I'd lay back and chill" wth lol smh

worse were white men and black women.

The white boys dont like when you are the same level with them intellectually and financially that's when they start trying to find reasons to write you up and get rid of you.

and black chicks gossip and are hella messy when you work with them thats why I cannot stand working in a majority female environment

Old people. They tend to be too chummy and too stuck in their ways to see that alternative methods can be just as effective.

Plus they suck w technology

I can't really segment my past working relationships into racial or gender compartments.

•My first boss was a Taiwanese American who was one of my biggest advocates and mentors.

•The VP at the time (white dude) sold me his car when my car broke down my very first day of work and would

give me rides to work also... very supportive.

• At this same gig I had to win the heart and soul of the GATE KEEPING NEGRO (y'all know what Im talking about).

• I met a guy (coworker) (Black) who I ended up becoming business partners with.

• Only people I use to struggle working with was those few who lacked passion. I couldn't get them to do much.

They were mostly men, cause I work in a mail dominated field.

Why u have to win the heart of a coon?

I was a young cat starting out in my career. I had no idea that a black dude at that, would be such a hater.

Eventually time just wore on him i guess ... then eventually he left the company.

I briefly worked at a company that was like 90% Mexican, and man they were prolly the worst demographic of ppl that I've ever worked with. They outnumbered all the other races & everyone in any type of supervisor role was Mexican, so it was a real prejudice atmosphere.

Like these m'fuckas was walking around acting worse than white ppl with their sense of superiority. Talking shit in Spanish right in front of u, like u don't know they talking about u smh. I don't know any Mexicans in my personal life, but working there really showed me firsthand how a lot of Mexicans truly feel about Blacks.

I really hate that BS. Stuff like that is why I want to learn more Spanish. Also I feel like most Mexicans can't stand Blacks. I have always got that vibe from them...and other Latinos too.

As a Latino working in an environment very broad in ethnic selection I can elaborate a little. I grew up in Miami fl. As you all know this city has a lot of different cultures but this is my experience. When I first came to the country this city showed me a lot. First things first my people racism is still alive everywhere in this world everywhere! No one I repeat no one is excempt from this ideology and it's sad. I can confirm Latin Americans can be racist as well and I have witnessed it in front of me. My pops is Haitian I was born in Nicaragua and again is a big mix and ethnic background there. I was raised in a home were we don't judge people by the color of their skin, religion, gender excetera... And I have met Latinos from every country in Latin America that you can name right now and I tell you from each of those countries I have met some who are racist and some who are NOT. What has been shocking to me in particular are the people from the islands who actually showed this behavior here you go you know this (Cubans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans) these are predominantly Spanish islands with a major African influence in their culture and bloodline and have got to be shockingly the countries I've witnessed with MAJOR RACIST and Of Course POLiTiCal issues but the point here is that while many black American friends/co-workers that I have met think this racism from Hispanics is coming from what we would deem "common racist countries" in Latin America racism towards blacks seems to be coming from countries that should never even be in this post. I do have to mention nations who I by experience have witnessed to be proud ambassadors of their black heritage like Colombia, Brazil, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Ecuador, Peru just to name a few. All the while none of these mentioned countries are excempt of people with different views about the Black community.

YOU WILL BE SURPRISED IN THIS LIFE WHO IS RACIST AND WHO IS NOT!

RACISM COMES FROM EVERYWHERE AND EVERYONE NOWADAYS!

I wish we can live by the powerful words of Dr. King that we learn to judge by cobrent of character and not by color of skin, or social positions , or religion or gender etc....

Easiest: Black men; in particular, middle aged black men. I'm a young guy. For every stop I've made in my professional career, I've always had an older black man seek me out and basically give me the scoop on the company, people I'm working with, and just give advice on ways to advance in my career. Even the black men that work on the floor will stop me and say things like we're glad you're in this position. We need more brothers higher up on the management chain. They look out.

Hardest: White women. Like someone said earlier, they'll throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. My manager early in my career was a white woman. Got up out of that situation quick. Black women are tough, but I understand it. From the conversations I've had with them, and from what I've seen, these white and Asian male engineers don't really give them much respect when it comes to making a decision. Doesn't help that it's these know it all Georgia Tech engineers we're all surrounded by. They're quick to advance black women in higher roles, but even with that they still don't respect them. I see it in meetings, and my girl who's an engineer also tells me these things. So, black women get a pass from me.
