Professionally, who has been the easiest/hardest group to work with?

I've had relatively no problems working with men. They know what it is. Show up, do the job, get that $$$$, talk some shit to each other about sports teams, then get the fuck gone at the end of the day. There's been like a rare occasion where one dude might try to steal my drink in the fridge, but that's about it.

Women, though - especially the sistahs - were a whole other ballgame. First off, most women in the workplace are used to getting their way, and when that doesn't happen, they beef. Second, a lot of women aren't equipped to be in positions of authority without it going to their heads (favoritism, management style). That just led to clashes everywhere.

Black women are the hardest group to work with. Counseling a female dominated field.... bruh the cattiness overblowing of small petty shit the back stabbing and Brown nosing lawd SMH

Easiest: Yeah latino and asian.

Hardest to manage: Young white and latino women. Bruh I cant tell you how many of them mfers have sold me up the river on some BS. young Latino chicks try to speak spanish to another mfer right in my face. Bitch I know enough to know you talking about me. Entiendo tu.

Harderst to work with: Really people that try to get over. I hate that shit. And it is not one race or ethnicity that dont have one.

I hate everybody but I can admit that my day was a little less stressful working with men......its just more straight up and down, less bitching and politics.....these broads will run you crazy about the smallest shit if you let em

I have worked with every racial group, ethnicity and group you can name. I haven't had any issues with a single race or group. If I had difficulties working with someone it had everything to do with their character and habits and not where they were from. There's good and bad people in every race. You can't let a few speak for an entire group.

My best bosses were white women.........my worst bosses were white men.

All except one of my white bosses, but he started off as a co-worker........but was boss for a few months after our merger (we got bought out) with another company.

I'm thinking that ego comes into play and people start to clash when they have a boss of the same sex.

Might be a racial dynamic as well because I've heard plenty of black women say that their worst bosses were white women.

White women will smile in your face then go tell bold-face lies about you to your boss

Ironically, that's only been my experience with the white male bosses I have.

However, what you described does sound like a few of my former female white co-workers though.

Ok, I thought this was about working relationships with bosses......not just people in general.

I'm somewhat of an introvert, so I'm not comfortable around people always trying to get me to socialize or open up about my personal life.

I can't really segment my past working relationships into racial or gender compartments.

•My first boss was a Taiwanese American who was one of my biggest advocates and mentors.

•The VP at the time (white dude) sold me his car when my car broke down my very first day of work and would

give me rides to work also... very supportive.

• At this same gig I had to win the heart and soul of the GATE KEEPING NEGRO (y'all know what Im talking about).

• I met a guy (coworker) (Black) who I ended up becoming business partners with.

• Only people I use to struggle working with was those few who lacked passion. I couldn't get them to do much.

They were mostly men, cause I work in a mail dominated field.

Ive heard indians are hard to work with if u r a woman based on their culture and male chauvinist attitudes

Personally ive had plex with filipinos in the past. The younger more americanized ones were cool the older ones were retarded.

Haven't had too much issues with sistas in the workplace idk y they would hate on someone tryna fuck em

Whitewomen are indeed backstabbers.

I avoid loud ass people and spiccs but i get along with most other immigrants

I hate that shit with a passion when coworkers ask shit pertaining to my personal life.

Easiest-White guys

Most Difficult-Black people period

I may be black but I can't stand working with bunch of black people. Nothing but drama and bullshit.

i work with many people around the globe at very high levels.

i will say the japanese was the easiest to work with. very welcoming, paid for everything. one chick was even trynna stop thru...i didnt realize how she wanted to stop thru until i told her my wife was coming and she cancelled her visit....lol. also dominicans....they are easy to get along with but will rob your ass blind when you turn your head.

the hardest group were american white people in general, because of what i do , i am always questioned at sick levels about my background and knowledge only for them to try to verify and look stupid but even then they still want someone that looks like them to do the job even if they are less experienced....shit gets on my nerves. the same with puerto ricans and cubans.

Exactly the same with me, and right now hard to land a job anywhere where they are the majority.

Yea I have to agree here, Sion. I have worked with mostly every group in different job fields. There are bad ones in every group and we have to act accordingly. I will say however that as I started working in the more professional fields, typically whomever was the main boss dictated the culture and other coworkers around you act a certain way.
