Professionally, who has been the easiest/hardest group to work with?

But my statement might not be exactly on point because I'm the only hispanic / black person in my company believe it or not.

i work with many people around the globe at very high levels.

i will say the japanese was the easiest to work with. very welcoming, paid for everything. one chick was even trynna stop thru...i didnt realize how she wanted to stop thru until i told her my wife was coming and she cancelled her visit....lol. also dominicans....they are easy to get along with but will rob your ass blind when you turn your head.

the hardest group were american white people in general, because of what i do , i am always questioned at sick levels about my background and knowledge only for them to try to verify and look stupid but even then they still want someone that looks like them to do the job even if they are less experienced....shit gets on my nerves. the same with puerto ricans and cubans.

I love working with my people but all it takes is a couple of coons to have the crab in a barrell mentality to kill the vibe.

Working with white people can be the toughest bc a lot of theman inherit bias and a sense of superiority whether they know or not so you're constantly working at a disadvantage

Middle aged to older Europeans, especially the men, can be the worst, because a lot of them act so entitled and want you kiss their ass. You can tell a lot of them have never been told where to get off before.

Anybody younger are easier to work with, with black folks, obviously, the easiest, because I can be myself more with them. Hell, anybody accept a lot of the older white and middle easterns be cool as hell for the most part.

When I was a teacher the white female teachers would talk and hangout with each other. Them one would come to me and gossip about the others. lol.

Working with black women was hit or miss. Either they were pretty cool or just the worst. No in between.

I used to work in Korea and Koreans are mad crazy. Because with them age and status is everything. I remember a female principal made some of her teachers go pull weeds out in the field cause she thought they werent trying hard enough in teaching. lol.

White dudes seemed fairly cool. most of them always found a way to work the system and were pretty vocal about it. They loved bragging about how they get over on the system. I just sat back and took notes.
