McNabb is 50/50 for HOF status. His stats can get him there but I can also see him not getting there with all the short comings he had in the later part of his career. He just stopped putting in work and fell off hard. But outside of Roth-berg , Manning and Brady aint nobody else playing right now thats topping him for HOF status.

The 10 QB's on the list above Mcnabb are all either in the Hall or Future Hall of Famer's. Of the 11, 8 Have won the Super Bowl. 4 have won more than 1 Superbowl, 4 never won a Super Bowl but all 11 played in the Super Bowl and have been to multiple Conference Championships. Mcnabb numbers put him with the Elite in NFL HISTORY. He is an upper echleon winner when you look at the fact very few QB's ever won more than a 100 total games in this league.

And the "Weapons" he had during his conference championship runs besides T.O. should show you how good of a QB he really was, of course he had some really good defenses but man did he carry those offenses.

He had his moments but there was never a time where I could say he was the best or even top 3 QB in the league.

Even in his best year 2004, Daunte was better.

As far as McNabb goes, I think he just fell off too hard, too fast, at too young an age to where people dismissed him. His standout qualities disappeared almost out of nowhere. He went from having phenomenal INT free streaks to chucking turnovers left and right. He lost a lot of his running prowess, for whatever reason, in a short time and was forced to throw more often which didn't work out well for him.

You can argue he never really turned to trash, but you can't deny that what made him great seemed to fade earlier than expected and before he had enough time to really cement any type of legacy.
