It's why Art monk and many of these wr's like Reed, Carter and Tim Brown are struggling to get in. It's b/c they have no big moments in big games and never did anything clutch. Swann and Stallworth are in for having huge play off games more so than having great career stats. I think if McNabb had at least got the the bowl one more time he would have more of a shot. all I know being a Giants fan we play them twice a year and he made LJ Smith a legitimate weapon.... and he is nothing now. He had c grade wr as starters. Duece Staley got hurt and they went away from the run game. It was Mcnabb do everything throwing 40 times a game with bs wrs... folk got the nerve to go back and try and erase all the great things he did. what did he do that was transcendent. he got to 5 nfc championship games and lost 4 out of 5. had opportunities to win the games even with the lack of playmakers but never made "THE" play to win the big game. He just didnt have it in him to be a HOF player.

Also the last 3 years are gonna hurt him when its time to vote for his HOF candidacy with voters. He's 35 and should still be a starting QB in the league. Brady and Manning are the same age and are still playing at all time levels. McNabb got fat and out of shape.
