B.G. - Chopper City album is a classic and to me is B.G's best album. His flow and lyrics were on point and production was top notch. It came out in 1996. This album is 19 years old (damn I'm old). It still sounds fresh. When this album came out it put Cash Money Records on the map for sure.

@Knock_Twice come post your thoughts on this Chopper City album. You been rockin that Chopper City avi ever since I been on here.

@jee504 man folk...best album he made...IMO..some say All on U, but this one really put a stamp on the city...and in 96 if you was in New Orleans, BR, just in Louisiana period, this was all you heard...man I use to be on this album hard..I'm talkin hard..paid 19:99 for that hoe....music wise, dude just was in a zone..he was on that dope and he was str8 coming wit it..I use to wake up to this shit every day...bruh I can go on about how meaningful this album was to me at the time, but yea man, that's why it's staying as the avi until I leave this bih Lol...shit is a classic..then the fact he called that mugg Chopper City....

Look at his attire he has on the cover Lol...dickies..(I use to put elastic in my shit at the bottom Lol)

That album cover describes the city...dude just came wit it on that album..told everything that went on in the city at that time..

"it's raining choppers so get a bulletproof roof too"

"Before I trick to them hoes..my money goes to my nose" man when I use to hear that shit, shit made me wanna try that shit (never did) Lol...96..was that year...

"I'm warning you to bring the lil kids in their home"

If you really want to understand the lifestyle of New Orleans/Louisiana and how it is living down here...This album is the one to listen too and BG told it and at his age...coming from that pov..that's how it was....at that time I was in middle school and niggas was seeing niggas living that shit he was talking at that age...shit was a norm..but again that's another story lol..

400 Degrees is the album where you can get the mentality of niggas down here lol...Juvy went in and dropped pure game on how niggas and hoes are down here....the mind state on how these niggas and hoes are... Lol..man I can be a scholar on that shit, much as I played both of them albums still play them shits and I still pick up gems from both albums..epecially 400 degrees..man you can raise your son on some the shit that was said throughout that album lol...but yea folk this is the album I would want them to toss in my casket wit me
