Outta all the magazine covers, features, 15 Billboard Hot 100 entries, #1 on Rap 8 weeks in a row, mainstream press, co-signs, etc...she should be Top 3 at least.

What made Kanye hot? Snatching Taylor's mic? These lists were done weeks ago so I doubt they took the G.O.O.D. Friday joints into consideration.
