LOL....

Anyway, damn my predicition list is looking pretty on point right now. Just had B.o.B and Waka Flamer switched around. Lil Wayne, #7??

Lil Wayne - #7

To wit, he released the compilation album We Are Young Money in late December ’09, two full-length solo LPs — Rebirth, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard albums chart and has since gone gold, and I Am Not A Human Being, which sold 110,000 copies in its first week of release in September — more than a handful of videos and a couple of notable collaborations. A mainstay on the Hottest MCs list, his time away precipitated a fall of five slots from last year’s #2 ranking, but MTV News’ Hip-Hop Brain Trust still voted Lil Wayne the #7 Hottest MC of 2010.

that fool had 3 top 5 hits i think it was..and a number 1 album..so if you wanna go by sales and popularity he's got Waka beat..or if you wanna go off lyrical ability he's got that fool beat too..even the pop B.o.B is better lyrically than Waka..i usually don't pay attention to these lists cause they always way off anyway..but this is somethin else lol..smh..

B.o.B's singles are bigger than his name. Take away the pop stars singing his hooks and what does he have left? B.o.B's name wasn't making no noise. I'd switch B.o.B and Waka's spots myself, but its really interchangeable.

3 Eminem

2 Drake

1 Ross

Honorable Mentions: Wiz, Fab, J Cole, Banks, Bun B

The fact that Wacka Fucka Flamin is even mentioned for consideration, taints that whole list and discredits the entire panel. I would expect more from that panel. The majority of those people have a vast, direct knowledge of rap music and its artists. Eventhough this type of blasphemy and ignorance is typical of MTV, it's like I said, I would expect more from a reputable panel like that one.

I dunno why people think Ross was that hot this year. Em, Drake, Nicki and maybe even Jay should be above him.

Uhhh because a rapper IS an MC? There's no difference. That's like trying to seperate Rap from Hip-hop

THen you don't know the difference or realize that there is a one.

What's the difference then? Please don't basically sit here and tell me " Rappers spit rhymes that are mostly illegal. MC's spit rhymes that uplift they people"

Rap is one of the four elements of the hip-hop culture. So when you talk about rap in general you're talking about hip-hop. Those who rap are MC's breh breh
