on the lights down theme (forum display). make all the THREAD TITLES white text, but leave all the user names red how they are now

and make the TEXT AREA for the reply boxes (when inside a thread) a dark gray, perhaps the same gray as the reaction icons

I got how to move a thread to a different forum but how do you move a thread into another thread in the same forum?

Example: Im trying to move a thread In the Reason to the Stickied IC Rapper thread in the Reason
