This whole post reeks of generalizations and a low key disdain for the black man. Not all black men dislike or like a darker skinned sister. Same as not all black men like or dislike a lighter skinned sister. People like who they like and that's how it goes.

Now to the topic at hand, misogyny is sold to us as youth to an extent. The man is seen as the hero and the female is seen as the damsel in distress. That scenario is taught to all of us at a young age and perpetrated in all facets of our day to day to life coming up.

The biggest perpetrator of misogyny is women. A woman will tear her sister down quicker than a male in most cases. Especially in the black culture the whole light skin chick vs the dark skin chick still going on till this day. Women want equality from me but won't get equality amongst themselves first.

I have no disdain for black men. My father, and my man is black. However, such should still not prevent me from stating the truth. Sexual attractions are conditioned. There are various psychologist that note that men who come from oppressed societies are driven by their libido, oftentimes defining their manhood as such, and their desire to engage with women from other races and ethics groups. This ideology, that people like what they like is not true. Men who come from oppressed communities, are the ones who hold onto the mantra "they like all races of women."

I noticed this when I lived in New Zealand, the same behavior that black American men projected, and how they viewed their women, I noticed the native men of New Zealand who had been oppressed viewed, and treated their women the same, while chasing white women, and every other race of woman, while their women became the elephant in the room. As her beauty was judged based on that of the European woman.

Light skin women within the black community have been placed on a pedestal for centuries, due to their proximity to whiteness. Within the black community light skin women are given privilege. There are scientific studies that show this. So this do create negative energy between darker skin women who are the majority, and lighter skin women.
