but you are too hung up on him only dropping two albums. The impact of those two albums more than make up for it.

It's a broken record with some of these kats, they keep saying "Well Biggie only had 2 albums" but fail to talk about how those 2 albums changed rap music and impacted a whole new generation of rappers after them. Lupe's albums ain't even have the impact in his own region let alone Hip Hop in general. They were qualtiy albums no doubt but they did not change the game nor have impact, sorry, facts are facts.

Lupe is that nigga. Dude will go down as one of the GOAT technical rappers ever, but thats it. Dude has no mic presence, charisma, or personality in his music. IMO, Joe Budden>>Lupe.

I agree with this. Lupe is a gifted Emcee but he doesn't have all the other things you need to be like what Jay, Nas, Em, Pac and Big have/had to be a GOAT Emcee.

So impact>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>skills?

Its a combination of everything, it's like niggas who think lyricism is the only aspect to being a mc, it's the total package.

First of all, his first 2 albums aint no classic. I think Lupe will have a career like GZA, highly respected but his music will not be as transcendent like a Biggie,Nas,Jay,or Pac. His music is too impersonal imo, it's very robotish and 3rd person. Lyrically he is nice as fuck but we all know lyrics alone doesn't make a complete artist, i think Kanye will be remembered as the artist of his generation.

c/s this wat these niggas aint recognizing he just another just gza yea he can spit but he missing the WHOLE PACKAGE to even be consider a goat smh @ people putting him in top 10 doa lists backpackers are really graspin for straws son

But Lupe can make songs. He's mad deep, duke. I mean I can't LAD cuz of the wack ass formula it brought. Look at Jada's album.

Exactly, Tupac obviously wasn't the most techinically skilled lyricist but he made up with that in other areas. Some kats only want to judge rappers on "1 aspect" which is weak. I judge rappers on everything and when everything is taken into account, Lupe is not anywhere near GOAT status at this point in his career.

Biggie is 3/3, Lupe is, well you get the point.

Yea, but his influences were wack as fuck, tho. Look at what the East COast suffers, now.

Reasonable Doubt really had no Impact but Jay-Z after a consistent career was acknowledge for it... Lupe is still in his 20's and only has 2 albums yall act like there's no chance of him being GOAT... He already surpassed 99.9% of the rap game lyrically... And Food and Liqour will be considered one of the Great albums of this generation like it or not.... And Lupe has Flow and i think he has presence and delivery... I dont know what yall hearing....

he got no classics
RD>>F&L

I bet you can't answer it you retarded broke old nigga

Nas had revived the Queensbridge rap scene with Illmatic, and also was nominated a 5 mics in the source. Jay's music influenced a lot of trap rappers from North and South. Had a consistent career, and took over NY when B.I.G. died.
