Who's to say Lebron wont be "the man" on his new team. This is what I don't get. No one knows how this new team will play out. If Lebron goes out there and averages a tripple double and becomes the "magic" of the heat leading South Beach Showtime guess what? It aint Dwayne Wade's team anymore. Its Lebron's team all of a sudden and people are not saying he is playing second fiddle to Wade or who ever.

As far as saying Lebron doesn't have a competitive edge the nigga scored 29 of this teams last 30 points to win a play off game in overtime. He took a team to the finals that was one of the worse teams to ever make it to the finals if not the worse. I don't think lebron isn't a competitor. I just think he is immature. He "quit" on the cavs because he is immature not because he isn't a competitor. He knew they could not win that series. For them to beat the celtics he would have literally had to drop damn near 50 a game so he said fuck it I'm not coming back anyway let me get outta here. If he had faith in his teammates you would have saw a different lebron. The dude is just immature a more mature player would have played it out even if they knew it was a lost cause. Not because they are competitive (it aint competing when you can't win) but because that is the right thing to do.

Come playoff time its all about match ups. In a 7 game series against another good team you will get exposed. The Cavs got exposed yet again this past season. They can have all the meaningless regular season wins they want but when it comes down to it, it is the same story as it has always been. Lebron has to score 40 for them to win. If not they lose. That is what it was. Nothing changed in the 7 years lebron was there. He realized this and wanted out. Even Boston was saying it during their series just flat out shitting on Lebron's teammates. They straight up said one guy is not going to beat us I don't care who it is. Lebron can score all the points he wants he isn't going to beat us by himself. Just challenging Lebron's teammates to do something about it. And guess what they still sat around and said "ok Lebron please score 50 tonight so we can win."

So no the Cavs had no shot at winning the tittle. They were at the end of the day a one man team and that means no championship for you.
