Tbh the best thing about JMT are the beats.... Although the lyrics are normally on point, i wouldnt listen if it wasnt for Stoupe

I'm a huge JMT fan, but it isn't JMT without Stoupe. They should just call it a Vinnie Paz & Jus Allah collabo album, but I guess the JMT name is better marketing. Will still check, but I am very disappointed by this. I mean, Vinnie is actually pretty good at picking 3rd party beats as evident by his solo and the AOTP albums,but Stoupe is one of the best and will be really missed.

Although I agree it's not a JMT album unless Stoupe is involved (I'd say the same if Paz wasn't involved), Paz's solo album should remove doubt he can't get the right beat makers for his projects.

My take on JMT's Violence Begets Violence.
Gave the album a listen and a half, its like a wacker version of Heavy Metal Kings. The beats are not too bad, well, some are, that beat on the track with the Outsidaz is ass. Vinnie is in complete cruise control, verses are mostly good with some great lines but completely generic. And just replace the conspiracy theory but usually engaging babble of Ill Bill with Jus Allah's insanely stupid WTF violence non-sequitars, sometimes spitting a few lines that are so stupid or wack that they are unintentionally hilarious, but most of the time just facepalm inducing. The worst JMT album by far. Also the most unnecessary. The highlight of some of the more recent JMT albums and Vinnie's solo has been a lot of the non-violent RAN tracks, when Vinnie opens up on some other topics, which he is surprisingly good at. But this album features none of that, straight murder raps. I guess Jus is incapable of spitting anything that isn't "I am Do Not Disturb" type retardedness. Vinnie should boot Jus out of JMT again and apologize to Stoupe or if he ain't feeling it, get DJ Muggs or 7L to produce the next one instead of all these no name producers who I have never heard of.
