I caught on to that shit midway thru first listen. One thing about 96-03 Jay, and even on AG, he'll leave some gems in his verses it takes a few listens to get, plus his flow was GOAT. The best thing he'll give you now is a metaphor here and there, which is cute at best. Like, "I don't even like 'Washing'tons in my pocket" or some shit like that in Oceans. Decent, but whatever. Shame too, cuz the production is stellar.

Bruh even my phone has cooled off. I can feel it lol Like i posted before, its SOUL AND LYRICS that make albums 'stick to ur ribs'. W/out that, no matr how 'dope' it is, it WILL wear off

I.e. Stay, Wouldnt Understand, Sing about me..those are not 'dope' songs, they are soulful, emotional records that u go back to time n time again.
