Rubin didn't actually produced on Yeezus he add elements to two songs and that is Bound, Hold my Liquor those songs was already done, most likely and im pretty sure he did some engineer work, cleaning up shit, taking shit out that was not needed and adding on to it. In no way he was the producer on those tracks

If you guys don't know the idea was originally Biggie's to release his 3rd album a Triple LP and Call it "The Black Album" with no promotion or videos. He later changed the title to "Born Again" to fit the other two albums concept. Jay Z was going to try it with "The Black Album" but of course that didn't happen.

Between "Yeezus" not really pushing that Blockbuster single and now this. I think Hov and Ye are changing the game with how they released their albums. But only artist as Big as them could probably take this risk. But just dropping albums off the strenth of your name is some legend shit. I'm excited for the 1st Jay solo album in 4 years. This is one of the longest breaks Jay took between solo's. THANK GOD he didn't name the album "BP4, Vol 4 or Reasonable Doubt II".

naw that's engineering is some what in the realm of producing but that's what engineers do, not only they make the song more clearer and cleaner they take out extra shit, and add elements to make the songs sonically better, they are the ones that mix the songs, they edit shit, live record the shit they are hands on when the music is being produced live
