This is random as fuck. He must of caught Beyonce listening to 7 Day Theory on Tidal

No they probably asked him "what's the hardest diss he has heard" in the midst of the drake meek mill shit ?

But one of my favorite jayz quotes coming from an interview in 98 I think when the interviewer asked him about the jayz pac beef

"What am I to do? Begrudge the guy after he's gone"

But this shows me either pac didn't have long left at the top of the rap game when he died or New York rap was going to be restricted to like 3 artist because if pac stays alive a couple more weeks, he would have jayz and prodigy tearin him a new one on record and nyc in support of it. Pac would have to do more than hit em up to sustain that.

lol. pac wasnt even going after gay-z. he sicked the outlawz on him and they were tearing his up. the outlawz were fucking teenagers and they were killing him. thats like memphis bleek and amele shutting down snoop or the dogg pound. thats how ridicoulous and one sided the so called beef was. edi mean and kastro was punking the shit out of gay-z. stepping down to the level of chino xl, mobb deep and the fugees was beneath pac but stepping down even lower to go after gay-z was unthinkable which is why he put the lil' homies on him.

Enough of this young nigga revisionist history.

Im older than most on here and even i was only 14 when this went down

Pac was not being stopped. Period.

And definitely not by just 'raps' bc if that was the case' Drop a gem on em' would have done damage. It didn't. At ALL. In b4 'yo low key that track. ..'. Well forget a low key Pac was Madonna famous , and back then, with no internet, when niggas said a song or diss was underground. ...nigga ir was LITERALLY, UNDER GROUND. Basement bodegas and low level boorleggers.

So just like when Meek's homie dissed Drake and actually had bars but no one cared, same thing. If anything was gon happen it HAD to be Biggie.

PLUS Pac literally felt his life was in danger, was literally droppin bodies behind all this (his Bloods vs Puff's crips, im not condoning this).

Jay z was not matching that intensity. He could not see Pac. Stop. And im a current Jay-Z' stan'. Its called objectivity

Wow, that Pac and jay z picture gives me chills

Looked it up the guy on YouTube has the actual photograph bruh that pic is worth a couple hundred thou and the bigger Jay z (and Beyonce)gets it will b worth millions. Wow

Pac trashed jay z "Hawaiian Sophie" fame on Bomb First, If you look at all jay beefs he lost to Camron, Jim Jones, Nas, Pac, Beanie Sigel, lil wayne and Game. You cant be the God Mc with a weak record like that.

Beanie Sigel >>>>>>Jay z

I don't know if this is it either but there are two of them too. I agree Jay was not a heavyweight at all in '96 but to dismiss his diss would have been stupid. When Canibus dissed LL the mainstream couldn't have known who he was. File this under stupid shit people say.

Jay wasnt seeing pac at all. Idk think certain beef pac had would of lasted longer . jay would of not be who he is today if pac n big were here .

if you really take the time to logically play the what if game shit will trip you out. gay-z owes his entire career to the downfall of big and pac. big WAS the east coast. the wu held some weight and nas was and still is questionable on multiple fronts but they were the big 3 of the east coast. pac was jerry rice and jigga was miles austin. shits crazy if you actually think about it.

if big doesnt die jay-z stays in his shadow. jigga was the young homie and his og was getting molly whopped so bad that he didnt want to fight no more. pac put big on. this is what ppl conveniently chose to forget. gay-z was biggies understudy but biggie was pac's understudy. that kills the game right there. once you accept the reality of that 1 simple fact there's nothing else to talk about.

t.o. talked alot of shit to alot of ppl in the nfl but he always reffered to jerry rice as mr. rice. jerry rice, steve young and t.o. will all admit to this. t.o. didnt start wilding out until jerry rice left frisco. as great of a player as t.o.became he started out as a late round draft pick from a no name school and no one had ever heard of him. jerry rice laced him up, taught him how to work, what the nfl was all about and what it took to b successful. t.o. soaked up the game and the rest is history. well here is the real. what the goat jerry rice did for an up and coming great unheard of player in t.o. is exactly the same thing that pac did for big. pac was more influential in shaping big's career than puff was and puff and big both know that. fuck big look like really going at pac when everybody around him knows what really happened. t.o. called his qb jeff garcia a fag, called mcnabb an uncle tom and a choke artist, pissed off ray lewis and the ravens without ever officially being on the team, ended drew bledsoe's career and started tony romo's, made ocho cinco play 2nd fiddle on his own team but at the end of the day he still refereed to jerry rice as mr. rice. big didnt have a choice he had to show that same level of respect to pac b/c he knew that he was probably more responsible for his career than anyone else so what could he really say.

so if you the og but you still working on consignment on a block that someone else is letting you use who is really the og? you might pop that shit to the dudes in your crew who dont know any better but all that shit comes to an abrupt end when the dude who put you on shows up. so big is working a corner that pac let him hold and gay-z who doesnt know any better and is trying to get on thinks big is holding it down but not knowing that he is just the man sitting next to the man. big knew all of this and only took it so far. but pac recognized what was going on and pulled his card viciously. pac went at him khujo style but big didnt have that same ferocity b/c he couldnt. gay-z was on the sideline not knowing what was really going and was about to get his ass mauled over some shit he didnt understand.

jigga was miles austin looking up to t.o. but he didnt realize that jerry rice was the man who made t.o. into everything that miles austion was looking up to. the fuck t.o. look like trying to challenge jerry rice in an attempt to impress miles austin? jerry rice would look at his ass and laugh in his fucking face and thats kinda what happened to pac, big and gay-z.

jigga's career would never have gotten off the ground if pac and big were still alive but if gay-z would have went at pac in '96 he wouldnt have had a career in the first place. as bad as it was when pac fucked faith just imagine what would happen if he smashed beyonce today. shit would sit off an ether bomb from cali, to houston, to nyc that would possible destroy whats left of the carcass that is today's music industry. shit would be ether on an intergalactic scale and pac was the type of dude to pull that shit off just b/c he knew he could.

Wrong. Didn't Prodigy drop LA, LA, and that shyt didn't make it outside of New York, New York lmao. Wack plus Wack equals Wack dude, so what if NY supported it, if you didn't notice NY was supporting everybody dissing Pac, man wave was just too strong at the time. And why we even talking bout this, Biggie was still alive anyway, that was NY's hope

wrong on multiple levels. you cant compare ll to pac. uncle l made that mistake once and pac buzz sawed his ass. you cant compare canibus to gay-z. in a battle canibus would eat his crossover ass alive

Im as big of a pac fan as the next nigga but dudes need to stop this pac was invincible nobody could have cracked that armour talk they doing..... Jay was known enough for pac to have Jay name in his music multiple times so to think Jay going at pac which nobody was doing would have just came and went y'all niggas is buggin....hell naw Jay wouldn't have ended pac career but let's stop acting like if Jay dropped a dope ass diss track niggas would have just been ignoring it becuz Jay ain't big enough

And lol at Jay not being successful without big and pac dying like nobody else in the rap game would have gotten any exposure and made it big outside of pac and big if they were still alive.....cats was big b4 those 2 and cats would have gotten big with those 2 here or not

everybody had diss tracks going back and forth. that weak shit from gay-z just would have been another 1. cnn tried that shit and it didnt work. same for chino and jr. mafia. the problem is non of them on a real n!gg@ level could fuck with dude. can you really take a diss record from lil' ceasar seriously when pac was giving his little ass money to get on the train?

that was big's battle to fight and that was a fight he just couldnt win. dont believe me? go ask faith. biggie WAS the east coast and he knew that he couldnt fuck with pac. no diss record from anyone else would have changed the underlying facts that made pac untouchable during that era. and then you got to understand the dude you were going up against. this is a dude who shot it out with cops in the middle of downtown atl and beat the rap. it takes a little more than a diss record to take down a dude like that.

It's not inconceivable that jay had a diss track for tupac, and given jays rapping style a la takeover, I'm sure it woulda been a pretty good track

But all this "end career" talk is nonsense. I love pac, but only career he ever ended was his own (and his life). And jay certainly wouldn't have ended Pac's.

Jay never released the track, so there really is no reason to discuss this.

All this coulda woulda shoulda shit and niggas swearing they know what would have happened but I'm still left Tryna figure out Whos career pac was out here killing before he died?? All the speculation shit aside...
