Any body that goes to a for profit college without the research is a fool, at the very least.

If your private college doesn't have the regional accreditation to be certified and recognized nationally, then they're just a big money pit and a huge waste of time.

That happens all the time with those schools. And they never give the students any warning. They just let them show up to class and there will be a note on the door saying the school was shut down. The students be outside crying and confused. Its a hot mess.

Besides the questionable standards, the schools are expensive as hell. You'd be better off going to a local community college for many of the degrees offered at for-profit institutions, the CC is usually full accredited and the credits are transferable if you want to further your education and much more affordable...

I learned this the hard way.

I got conned into attending one of these money pit schools and all I got in return was a big debt and no job in the I.T. field.

My current profession is based around my passion (writing) and has nothing to do with my degree at all. Matter of fact I've learned more about I.T. on my own than I ever did in 2 years of school.

What a waste of time and money. Should've focused on getting it in as a freelance writer on my own from the beginning instead but hey you live and you learn.

At the end of the day though, the ITT Techs of the world are no worse than public universities out there. You still have the costs, loans, and bad job placement. Never understand why there hasn't been a move towards getting the same type of 2-year degrees at community colleges. In general, the need for 4-year bids is largely done in practicality. If you're going to school for computers, then you should need to take all these non-computer courses, for example.

Nigga said it was a fight everyday, & somebody was always pulling the fire alarm in the building.

Muhfucka said the entrance exam was so easy a blind man could pass it. Said he banged a rack of ratchets while going there.

Seen the nigga a few months after he graduated at the gym.

Muhfucka working at Home Depot in the garden section.
