IS IT FOOLISH OF YOU TO STAY WITH THE PERSON WHO CHEATED ON YOU?

I think it'll be foolish to just "take her back right then and there"...Me, if anything, she'll have to "show" me she can earn my trust again...it wont be no "oh baby I forgive you, come on home" type shit after all the crying..she'll be out the crib and on her own earning her way back in my life..shit will be a rebuilding process if I decide to take her back and that shit can lead up to 3-7 months..

I think women take dudes back to fast (most within a 2 day span Lol)..that's why ngas get 15-22 chances to come back...l'm a dude I'll take advantage of that knowing a few I'm sorrys and I aint go do it no mo will get me back in the door right quick...but let a nga sit out the game for 4-9 months earning her trust back..I'll think twice about cheating again

Depends. It's easy for folks to say "It's over." But it depends on the length of time the relationship has been going.

Folks who are in long term relationships, are more likely to be forgiving. Mainly b/c you think about all the time invested in the relationship. Speakin from personal experience.

Nah, I'd still leave my wife.

We've been together 12 years (December) and we are about to have our 5th kid. I could care

less about the years, experiences and children that we have shared. I'd be foolish to stay because I would only keep fucking with my own mind.

It isn't just "trust" that gets fucked up, it's love, compatibility, sex etc that gets fucked up.

I couldn't shake the fact that she was with another man and was attracted to him physically and emotionally. To me, that might be as bad as an actual physical encounter. To have cheated means she would've been into him and would've connected to him on a level we should be.

Once someone is into someone else, I think that deads the relationship. She's shown she wants to move on and she isn't into me, there's something I don't have.

Couldn't fuck w that mentally. I'd have to end it. I think it'd be foolish otherwise.

you cant kill a nigga then ask forgiveness after the fact.

lmao..well that escalated quickly.

Cheating is equivalent to killing a man? It's sex..calm down.

well idk how you value sex, or if you do at all but aint just a three letter word to some people. If my wife cheated, I'd be devastated. i aint gon off myself because of it. But you'll change a nigga by cheating on him, so at that point, you might as well say the old him is dead, ergo, murder. It aint exactly equivalent but damn close parallel.

men keep cheating Because we know women will forgive us. women have allowed men to be monsters. Dont be a weakling when some cheats on you move on

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlin...ing-wife-of-77-years-over-60-year-old-affair/

I remember someone made a thread about this when it first happened.

Gotta respect the man for not tolerating her behavior.

This year has been filled with its share of sudden and surprising divorces in the entertainment and political world, but this split may take the cake.

A 99-year-old Italian man filed for divorce from his 96-year-old wife of 77 years after he found letters from an affair she had 60 years ago.

The man, identified in court papers as Antonio C., discovered the letters exchanged between his wife and a former flame in an old chest of drawers days before Christmas, according to the Telegraph. He confronted his wife, Rosa C., who reportedly admitted to the affair, and tried to convince him to stick with their marriage.

But despite the nearly eight decades that they spent building a life together, a scorned Antonio C., moved ahead with the divorce. (Guess he never heard of “let bygones be bygones.”) The letters were the latest woes in the couple’s long marriage during which they had five kids, 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild together, according to UPI.

Originally from Sardinia, Antonio C. reportedly met Rosa C. in the 1930s while he served as part of the Italian Carabinieri in her native Naples. The Italian press pointed to the couple’s southern blood as the catalyst for the breakup, the Telegraph noted.

Once Antonio and Rosa C.’s divorce is finalized, they will become the oldest divorcees, according to the Telegraph, taking the title from fellow Brits Bertie and Jessie Wood, both aged 98, who called it quits in 2009 after 36 years of marriage.

Smh at the person who wrote the article calling him "scorned."

Sounds like some shit @MzGrahambitches would say.

Good morning Kathryn.

ITS FUNNY THAT WOMEN USUALLY GIVE THE GUY A 2ND, 15TH CHANCE

BUT U CHEAT ON A DUDE ONE TIME AND HE KICKIN YO ASS OUT

Or so they claim.

I personally know of plenty of examples that would indicate otherwise, and these examples weren't even all that deep into the relationship.

I feel like if dude is that quick to jump ship when you've been down for him for years and years, he was just waiting for you to fuck up.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT GUYS...

IF I CHICK GOES AND GET SOME DICK FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, THAT NIGGA WILL FEEL THAT HIS WHOLE PURPOSE IN LIFE HAS BEEN SHATTERED..

NIGGAS LIKE TO THINK THAT THEY 'PUT IT ON" THEIR GIRL, SO THE FACT THAT SHE IS GETTIN PLEASED BY ANOTHER DUDE IS JUST A HEART BREAKER

Let me say this. I don't give a fuck if we were together 40 years. If the bitch cheated she getting the boot. It may be hard for some of you but I do not tolerate cheating. That's a big trust issue that will never be repaired. Why even put yourself through shit that will linger in the back of your mind? Every time a fight come up. You'll always bring that shit up as a trump card. I rather just not deal with it.

I really think it boils down the the importance you place on sex and monogamy in general.

I could think of worse things to do to me other than getting some other pussy...I mean, he watches porn..it's obvious he's turned on and lusts after other pussy.

I'd be more apt to leave if I found out he was not only sexing, but courting and dropping money on another bitch.

Men are just all about their egos...they can't handle the truth.

@Vibe, I don't think you would just leave like that bruh....

If she was having a full blown affair, maybe...but if it was a druken slip up.....you really gonna leave her and split up yo family like that?

Over a mistake?

There is no "mistake" in an invested relationship of 12 years.

1. She doesn't drink or get under the influence of any type of drug.

2. She would need to really get to know the guy to cheat. She is a very closed person, doesn't warm up easily.

I cheated on my ex..

we been broke up for about a year now,

but she still cool with my aunts and cousins..

we just started talking and coming around each other recently..

I forgot how close me and her was, until we got cool again..

now I feel like I fucked up by cheating on her..

I know I can get her back.. I just dont think she would ever trust me again,

and she'll always accuse me of doing shit, and that will lead to arguments,

and we'll both be miserable..

So no I dont think it would work out..

Me and my ex mucked up during our relationship. It just seem like I was more forgiving than she was. That trust was pretty much like walkin on egg shells after I messed up. I knew she was doin dirt as well, but I never addressed it.
