What fucked up is with your behavior is that you may discourage people who dont have the guts and time and means to do it like @Black_Samson and @Mastery .

These people are convinced that its not possible to be healthy and have a decent body shape if they dont run for hours or be in a gym.

 
Your kid can play video games and swimg a bell between.

Your wife can take care of a baby and swing that bell . And it developps more than a handshake looooool.

Whether cutting or bulking, you should be drinking a gallon a day at the very least, if not more.

I usually go through a gallon by 3pm everyday. I'm closer to two gallons a day to be honest.

Cardio day this morning.

The first time in my entire life, i jogged 2.5 miles on the treadmill without walking. Finished it off with a half mile at a 15 inch incline, then did 100 kettlebell swings before I left.

Then a bird almost shit on me when I was walking to my car

What are some good shoulder exercises for someone with a bad shoulder?

I had torn my Labrum muscle when i was young and the shit dislocates easy af. The one exercise on my routine I cant do is overhead shoulder press. I could probably do it with a really light weight, but i aint trying to look like a pussy in front of the hot chicks at the gym. Shoulders are the only muscle I dont hit on my lift days. Ideally i would like to work them out to keep my shoulder in socket better, but due to the tear I'm not sure if it will ever get better completely.
 
Interesting. There are some of those machines at my gym. Basically the same as Barbell overhead press. Tomorrow is lift day so I will do super low weight on with the barbell and see how it goes. If its too uncomfortable I will just keep it to the machine until i can tighten up the shoulder. Will look out for those exercises you post later though.
 
Been on the low carb diet for bout 4 weeks, lost bout 10 pounds and 6 inches off my waist, it was hard cutting out so many things i love to eat but its been worth it, my overall health has improved and feel and look way better than i used too, gonna keep going
 
@Black_Samson i know you cant spot shave but i want to know are their some exercises that i can do to burn fat off my stomach and improve my core strength? i do about 150 burpees a week
