I got back on the ab roll. Fucking with triathletes is make you realizing that you got some work to do.

So the programm for the next 30 mins

44 lbs kettlebell crunches

Fuckin A. I Sprained my back on wednesday and been in some severe pain all day these last couple of days haha. Everyone make sure you have proper form. I noticed a change when i was doing bent over barbell rows. Didnt hurt right away but i could definitely feel pressure. Got more sore as the day progressed, then yesterday i couldnt even put my shoes on. Got a referral for a chiropractor and will hopefully be seen today. I feel like i slipped a disc or something but the doc said it was probably a sprain. Regardless, havent been in the gym today. Yesterday i just did a couple mile walk. Hoping ill feel good enough to go back on monday but today is day 3 and probably the worst day, but ive been doing nothing but laying down the last 24 hours so i might just be stiff.

Chiropractors arent real doctors
 
Nah it ain't get to that point yet. I'm gonna see how I feel through the weekend and after my adjustment on Monday. If no progress than I'll ask for x-rays and maybe mri
 
This month will be dedicated to a new test.

Outside kettlebell training ill have to

- 30 ab rolls

- 30 knee raises

- 30 leg raises

A day. I think thats a decent average Joe set. It doesnt have to take more than 25 mns in total.
 
Woke up feeling pretty decent pain wise this morning. I still have some pain, but its only when i bend in certain positions so I made it to the gym this morning. Was able to complete my normal routine with regular weight except i didnt bother doing bent over rows today haha. Surprised squats didnt hurt at all. Made a gain in Bench today as well. Have my first adjustment this morning so hopefully that will make the ache go away or get better.
