For two months ive implemented soy products into my regiment because of the fat and protein high intake and the carbohydrates low one.

So far im still getting stronger at the DIFFERENCE that :

- less to no money spent on conventional fitness food aka lots of meats, lots of carbs, a little fat, protein shakes, fat bruners, preworkouts, test boosters, post workouts. Im under 1800 calories a day and errthing is ok.

- more energy. no more post eating fatigue. Rare stomach bloating. More workout. More concentration.

When i was following the mainstream fitness code, all i got as result was 25% fat level. Slow, easily tired, lack of punch. Now i got uexpected results.

The highly chased 6 packs is at the door without doing these got damn hundreds of situps and variations. Good buy to bulking/cuting phase : my body cuts into the fat reserves in order to provide me in energy.

All that for CHEAP.
 
My brothers and sisters if your body is WELL NOURISHED then you will get the aimed results.

If yall have 75 dollars to spend on a so called super product like fat burners or test boosters, take that money to buy some fruits and veggies.

Take care of your organs and the rest will follow

TRUST YOUR BODY. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY LIKE YOU WOULD FOR A FORD MUSTANG OR A MAYBACH. Who amongst us would put gas in a diesel tank? Nobody!! Why ? Cause the car wont function.

If we get the same approach this fitness worries will disapear. 90 % of these products hold us back. They are not killing us, but look around you : who is getting the advertised results? Who is getting the money?

These same fucking companies that have confused us for years with there crap. Buy this buy that, if you eat something else you gon loose your testosterone level, if you wnat to fuck for hours you will have to take this testbooster.

DONT LET THEM INTO YOUR BRAIN!!! once they are in your head you are done.

 
Smh they are selling protein shakes for nearly a hunny cause it TASTES good. What does taste have to do with fitness. Rather eat for 15 dollars of raw meat: the results for the body are way better.

Rather eat a raw orange thant drinking a cup of orange juice

Rather eat an apple than drinking a cup of apple juice

Rather eat little dense and healthy food than a ton of processed food.

FEAR OF BEING HUNGRY PUSH ON TO EAT MORE THAN HE SHOULD. FIGHT THAT FEAR. They capitalize with it .

We are living in developped countries, hunger should be the last worry.
 
Question for the IC:

How crucial are your teens and early 20s in terms of long-term fitness. Long story short, I wasn't really active/fit for my teens or 20s (I'm 21 though) really looking to reverse this trend and set myself up for good health moving into my latter 20s and 30s and so on and so forth. I don't really drink (maybe once a month but usually in large amounts) and I don't smoke. My diet is rocky but I usually get regular exercise. I'm 243lbs at 5'11 and I've come down 32 from my heaviest.

I really don't want to be 30 and looking like I'm 40. I'm already slightly disadvantaged due to my current stats but nothing that cannot be overcome.

Essentially, will not having been fit in my teens still show on me, or is it something I can work against.

You are not working AGAINST , you are working BACK TO WHAT YOU TRULLY ARE bruh.

YOU, who live in a developped country, got A LOT OF OPTIONS : options to keep on fucking up your health, options to have the best life quality.

You aint living in Bengladesh aka A NO OPTIONS FOR BETTER LIVING country. You got a powerfull tool : the internet. Powerfull in FUCKED UP THINGS and also powerfull in KNOWLEDGE.

In a nutshell the choice is yours bruh : you can keep on regretting and being introspective for the rest of your life about who you were OR you will decide to use your options and tools around you to MAKE CHANGES AND PROGRESS IN YOUR LIFE.

We aint got no excuses bruh because once again we got waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more options than a large part of the world.

The knowledge is in your smartphone. Use it and prevail. Use it and surpass yourself physically and mentally.

ive search in that fucking internet and found these kettlebells. Two years later im IN BETTER SHAPE. If i was listening i would be in fact declining.

But i refused to believe in that lazy way of thinking and i DID MY RESEARCHES. I could have sit down in here and EXUCUSE MYSELF in the thread about how i dont have time anymore to sit in a gym.

Yesterday i was defeated.. couldnt do shit..

Weather is going to the point of no return.. gonna try to brave it today.. aside from that hopefully ill fare better than i did yesterday
