Explain me why my body fat is diminishing and why in the meantime my lean muscle level is increasing?
For two months ive implemented soy products into my regiment because of the fat and protein high intake and the carbohydrates low one.
So far im still getting stronger at the DIFFERENCE that :
- less to no money spent on conventional fitness food aka lots of meats, lots of carbs, a little fat, protein shakes, fat bruners, preworkouts, test boosters, post workouts. Im under 1800 calories a day and errthing is ok.
- more energy. no more post eating fatigue. Rare stomach bloating. More workout. More concentration.
When i was following the mainstream fitness code, all i got as result was 25% fat level. Slow, easily tired, lack of punch. Now i got uexpected results.
The highly chased 6 packs is at the door without doing these got damn hundreds of situps and variations. Good buy to bulking/cuting phase : my body cuts into the fat reserves in order to provide me in energy.
All that for CHEAP.
