What's your body fat percentage, and do you have the tools to properly measure it?

Those abs are gonna show when the right amount of bodyfat is lost. And the way to lose bodyfat is through creating a calorie deficit plus maintaining, as much as you can, your strength on the bar, along with intaking a sufficient amount of protein.

My body runs on FAT. The little carbs is for the brain function and glucose storage.

I got more energy at disposal. Im my own FAT BURNER.

I spend less on eating.

My body is efficient. It functions well with less.

I eat tasty food, i have food diversity. Good buy the depressing rice /pasta/meat/chicken/broccoli regiment. Goodbiye protein shakes. Goodbuye fat burners.

Fat is cheaper. Fat got way less insuline response than carbs.

Good drop lemmy! When ever I drop my carbs I start getting headaches and turn into a bitch tho :-(

Pinterest has lots of ideas for exercises. Especially body weight movements for when you are just at home.

@BoyPussy dont be scared of healthy fats. Be patient with the changes. I ve been through that mood for a weekend but after that it was all good. I ve rejoice eating since.

What a pleasure to eat your baked paprika onion and garlic with some meat and a chunk of blue cheese on the side.

The veggies have an effect on your MICROBIOME aka some microbes in your guts that play a big role in your metabolism regulation. Remember if your metabilism and organs are fucked up no amount of exercise can save you.

What ive discovered is that WE DONT NEED TO EAT THAT MUCH !!!. Our body functions at his best when its been given the right amount of food quantity and quality wise.

Why do we sleep after eating? We have eaten too much. Sign of ORGANIC AGING.

Why we get fat for the most? TOO MUCH ENERGY! Developped country problem.

We eat too much carbs and we dont need it even if we are lifters.

We have to fight that extra eating after training. Once you have reached your genetic limit it turns at 80% into fat.

Once you have incorporated that you dont need to eat that much, that the meal of your work day cannot be the same as the meal of the weekend errthang will change.

We live in countries when we dont have to eat like we wont for the next two days!!. But without FIBERS, your satiety sensors wont send the message.

In a nutshell find your PARADIGM : THE NEED , THE PLEASURE, THE QUALITY, THE QUANTITY OF EATING.
 
2000 swings so far. Today ive eaten

At lunch

Nothing becuase i got some enrgy left from the chicken with rice and veggies dinner

10 am

Some whole peanuts while doing one handed swings at the office, along with some tea.

12 am

500 ml of greek yogurt with two spoons of honey

20 pm

6 French cheese toasts with some bacon on it with half a liter of soy milk. Will take a chunk of garlic too.

I was psychologically hungry at 4pm in front of Burger king but ive fought that tenacious feeling. With that question

' will you lack of some to eat tomorrow to the point of taking 1000 calories of chemicals and additives ?' The answer was no

My fridge is filled = no stress

I wasnt feeling weak so why eating? = counterstress

Ive already eaten more meat in a week than a healthy african dude in two months so DO I NEED THAT MEAT FOR THAT PRICE? No = counter food terrorism.

10 mns later the hunger feeling was gone.

We are surrounded by food. And also in an environment where errrahng push you to eat and eat and eat. To the point where you dont even remember a day where you havent spent more than 4 hours without eating a damn thing.

We must defend ourselves and our purses/wallets.

Cutting out fruits as crazy as it sounds helps you lose weight too. Even the natural sugar can keep weight on you. Lots of lean meats and lots of green vegetables, lots of water help me lose 24lbs in one month

I had a HFCS addiction growing up, i have 11 fillings from that lol

oh dont get it twisted im cut up .. im just self-conscious i just dont like what i see at the moment

On another note.. this year as a whole has been a bust.. its a bad year in the "feel"
