It says men should use the 53 lb kettlebell but I used the 79 lb bell that @SimptimusLEMZUS is about to use.

That's cause you still on that baby weight. Start lifting some heavy shit and you'll learn that wearing gloves kill your grip strength, don't prevent calluses, and they fuck up your technique. Stop being a pussy and ditch the gloves, or use chalk.
