What size is that one and how stretchy is it?

I bought 2 of the camo ones and neither fit. An XL that was way too small. Couldn't even get it on my arms so I gave it away and a 2XL that ain't gonna work.

The camo ones are very stiff and I can't even get the damn bar down to my chest with the 2XL using 275lbs (stopped there).......long arms and the thing didn't stretch out more....

Both.

1. Supports shoulders

2. Allows you to overload your lockout with regular bench press form (instead of doing close grip bench).

It is like using reverse bands. The lift will be easier at the bottom but harder at the top.

The slingshot will help get the bar off your chest easier but you'll be doing the lockout yourself. Theoretically 315 might feel like 275 at the bottom but 315 at the top.

If your shoulders are bad it can keep u handling weights while they heal.

My shoulders are good so I want to use it to train my lockout which is the weak point of my bench.

You don't rely on it. But it's a tool to let you get used to handling heavier weights for more reps to train a weak point (accessory lift). It saves you energy at the bottom so you can focus on the lockout.

PT test today. I can say that 20 mns of 70.5 lbs of kettlebell swings can repalce treadmill. The advantage is that your joints dont suffer any chock provoked by running. And its A GREAT TIME SAVING.

What will happen when ill start swinging that 88lbs for 20 mns? We will find out soon.

I honestly couldnt tell you.

Had some difficulty getting them over my bicep. I have about 17 inch arms.

I ordered a blue one (level 1, supposed to be the least resistance/most stretch) over the weekend. I think the Yellow one is the 2nd level of resistance.

Hopefully, it'll fit and be able to stretch out....The camo one is stiff as a board if it doesn't fit right.....

been doing this 5 rep workout for the past 5 days or so

basically i put 25-30 min on a timer with as little rest as possible

I do 5 push, pull and some sort of squat reps variations

i do 5 b/c im trying to focus on the muscles under tension. I've incorporated 20lbs in a booksack for a bit of a challenge

so far, with each day i've done it, i've done about 5 rounds

ex:

5 wide grip pushups

5 wide grip pull ups

5 body weight squats

again, im going either super slow or holding at the end/top of a rep for optimal contraction. I could easily do more, but at the end of 5 rounds, i've done 25 different variations of a push, pull or leg exercise.

after about the 2nd or 3rd round is when i add the backpack

round 3 would look like the following

5 chin ups (to target the biceps, possibly weighted) pull

5 clapping push ups (weighted) -push

5 lunges each leg (weighted)

gone try to work my way up to 7 rounds in that same time frame

 
A question for you who exercise do you eat fruit?

I've started picking pears & apple and eat. It's good thinking makes a difference for a nigga that workin out?

I am at the gym 5 times each week now.

I did some google and it said it dont got any protein but guess its something other good with it? Like any VITAMIN Or some shit?

Vitamins and good sugars (fructose).

I usually blend fruit in protein shakes.

If your trying yo lose weight no. Even natural sugar can keep weight on you.
