It's not as bad as you'd think. Break it up.

5 sets of:

20 swings

30 swings

50 swings

That's what I did, with pushups, pullups, and dips between each one.

god damn. fifty swings. nigga. ive been on a fifty pound kb for a year and im just now on a hundred swings single arm. so is this the single arm or double arm cause double arm i might be able to do

You should try the 10,000 kettle bell swing challenge. Shit is brutal but you'll come out more of a man haha

That's cause you still on that baby weight. Start lifting some heavy shit and you'll learn that wearing gloves kill your grip strength, don't prevent calluses, and they fuck up your technique. Stop being a pussy and ditch the gloves, or use chalk.

Would someone recommend me a good 30-minute body weight regime that I could follow 3 times a week. Preferably full body focused. I've been doing running and some pushups and planks but I would like a nice planned regime. Until I hit 220 I'm not touching weights (this includes kettlebells). Just running, soccer and my own bodyweight.
