All of this calorie chasing is starting to make me want to throw up at the thought of food. All this eating for mass is starting to take toll but seeing the gains roll in so quickly is all the motivation I need to keep stuffing my face.

50 snatches

50 windmills

Afternoon

100 165 lbs butterflies

Pullovers

15 220lbs

65 198lbs

60 55lbs dumbells incline chest press

And some reps for the triceps.

Wish I had that problem, lol. I work out and eat light all week but relapse on the weekends. Stuffing my face stifles my weight loss.

So what're you guys doing for trap workouts? Shrugs? I know there aren't a ton of exercises to work em, I'm just having trouble with one side not growing as much as the other

Weighted dips, pushups, deadlifts, squats (no pussy pad)

Bulking means more calories. I don't think Protein matter as much as the calories.

Nah protein is a must. You want to get your calories, carbs & protein. More times than not you're tackling all three at once when eating. I've been staying away from sweets & snack type shit though. Meaning candy, chips, etc. But I'll tear down some burgers, pizza or taco type foods since you'll generally acquire a wider range of the necessary nutrients than you would eating some chips.

Be mindful of how much of a caloric surplus you have though. Because at the end of the day we're trying to put on muscle, not fat.

Lol it doesn't really I just like the feel of the weight on it. Atleast not as significantly as targeting them.
