I've been doing a low carb diet for awhile now (ketogenic) and have been reading things that its not the easiest diet to workout on due to the lack of carbs. I am pretty fatigued when i go to the gym and stuff, but i figured it was just because i am a wimp from hardly working out for over 10 years. Was going to experiment and maybe introduce some carbs again (but still keep it relatively low, maybe under 100-150g) for some gym energy. What type of carby foods would you recommend? I know Brown Rice is good. Potatoes?
On my current diet its High Fat-Med Protein-Low Carb. Introducing carbs again, should i lower my fat intake? Eat leaner meats and good carbs? Teach me.

I just cop some 3lbs but I haven't put them to use yet
Detrimental to ankles.
Tendons of our feet are meant to support weight in that manner.

Welcome back bruh.
I would have told you to run or jump rope but it would be too risky knowing your previous and recent in some way injury.
The goal is to increase your CLAORIC DEFICIT without you losing muscles and feeling all weak and flaby, metabolically obese at worse.
Keep on working out and try to Swing a kettlebell 20% of your weight every morning for 20 mns, or evening. Dont walk with that, you just come from an achilis injury!!!
At least you could add a solid 700 calories LOSS to your program with some core and leg and joints, and cardio strenghtening.

Not familiar with it at all, you think you could post a good beginner workout routine for them? Or pm me one? Need to tone up literally every part of me lol. I look like a deflated balloon.
