@Black_Samson

I've been doing a low carb diet for awhile now (ketogenic) and have been reading things that its not the easiest diet to workout on due to the lack of carbs. I am pretty fatigued when i go to the gym and stuff, but i figured it was just because i am a wimp from hardly working out for over 10 years. Was going to experiment and maybe introduce some carbs again (but still keep it relatively low, maybe under 100-150g) for some gym energy. What type of carby foods would you recommend? I know Brown Rice is good. Potatoes?

On my current diet its High Fat-Med Protein-Low Carb. Introducing carbs again, should i lower my fat intake? Eat leaner meats and good carbs? Teach me.

DIETS DONT WORK

LES REGIMES NE FONCTIONNENT PAS

DIETS SIND NICHT GESUND

REGIME BAKHOUL

!!!!

God ive said it in four fucking langages!!!!

Eat in accordance to your lifestyle. Its highly possible to have both a healthy and pleasable eating, cause as human beings there is a psychological and social part in eating. Getting rid of that pleasure by taking these depressive fucking inneficient, unhealthy diets is just make you sad, tired and depressed!!

Eat fresh and cooked food. Eat cheese. Eat fruits and Veggies, at least Blended not JUICED.

Avoid ANY CHANCE YOU GET PROCESSED AND JUNK FOOD.

Eat bruh, have pleasure in eating.

And train hard. Once again if you dont have the TIME, MONEY AND CONSISTENCY TO FOLLOW A GYM REGIMEN, TRY A 30 MN A DAY KETTLEBELL ROUTINE!!! And if you aim for an ultimate complete fit, strong, defined, flexible, and endurant body, MIX BOTH!!!

Stop these low this and low that. Run 20mns of high speed treadmills then Swing that bell for 10 mns and go do some heavy squats... If you still have the legs. If you havnt lost that fat in 4 months nobody can save you lol.

Take your for scrambled eggs along with your fruits Veggies and chia seeds Blended juice in the morning. Go to the gym and do your compound exercises. Or do a 30 mns kb swings, rows, Jerks and push ups. Eat an normal meal, not these depressing broccoli, white rice and chicken torture. Have some rest and stretching. Coming evening have some fruit Veggies Blended juice and a little fish or meat or chicken or nothing if you re not HUNGRY.

Personnally I ve replaced protein shakes with quinoa and chia seeds cause they got additional key nutrients and there are cheaper. And im sure im not getting SCREWED!!!

The goal is to be fit and happy in a sustainable way. Not tired and sick.

I been mapping out my diet, I don't know the exact numbers but I'm trying to keep the calories and protein up while eating healthy, it looks like this right now I still need to add some stuff and I'm trying to eat every 3 hours or so

-Shake

-Questbar/couple handfuls of almonds

-Sardine and hummus sandwich on whole grain bread/need to add snack to this

-Shake

-Boneless skinless chicken breast/brown rice/sweet potatoe

-protein pasta/mixed veggies

I add sesame oil to the pasta and rice for added calories

I don't have anything against big women because some of them are pretty but I often see alot of them throwing challengers to the thick & slim women like "men want a woman with a lot on her bones" memes etc etc. Some do, some don't. now if you are proud to be big then cool I guess but don't be proud to be big, be proud to be HEALTHY. I see stuff like that then it reads an inner insecurity in themselves. They want the slimmer frame but probably isn't adamant enough to go along with the task. Also, if your new year's resolution was to go to the gym but you haven't been without a valid excuse then

get off that couch, you lazy bum & workout

Anybody use ankle weights during workout?

I just cop some 3lbs but I haven't put them to use yet

Detrimental to ankles.

Tendons of our feet are meant to support weight in that manner.

Hittin the gym after I get off work. What y'all doing

Resting my body till tomorrow. The jump frog squat and the intensive kettlebell shoulder workout, especially the 44 lbs pendullums and the 30 lbs lateral raises has killed me lol.

Main activities

Stretching

Vacuum abdominal exercise. Once again thank you @Black_Samson. My lower back doesnt have to endure all these numreous sit ups. My front squat goes deeper.

Knowledge is power and safety

Getting back at it after an Achilles tear. Are there any supplements that truly help with weight loss? Not looking for anything crazy. I'm working out and eating right. Just looking for that added boost.

Also, any good at home daily workout videos using body weight? Looking to workout at home in the morning so I can workout twice daily. I downloaded the Daily Burn app but won't be keeping it past the 30 day trial period.

Welcome back bruh.

I would have told you to run or jump rope but it would be too risky knowing your previous and recent in some way injury.

The goal is to increase your CLAORIC DEFICIT without you losing muscles and feeling all weak and flaby, metabolically obese at worse.

Keep on working out and try to Swing a kettlebell 20% of your weight every morning for 20 mns, or evening. Dont walk with that, you just come from an achilis injury!!!

At least you could add a solid 700 calories LOSS to your program with some core and leg and joints, and cardio strenghtening.

Thanks for the welcome back. I was on my shit before the tear. I'm back fairly quick though. It's only been 3 months. Given that, I'm taking it fairly easy. I am able to do squats and what not and I've incorporated leg work.

Can you link me to good kettlebell routines? Might have to go cop one. I see the fervor you have for them so there must be something to it.

Thanks friends. Lem, I'm copping that kettle bell this weekend. Not familiar with it at all, you think you could post a good beginner workout routine for them? Or pm me one? Need to tone up literally every part of me lol. I look like a deflated balloon.

Here is bruh @Charles2
