Thanks friends. Lem, I'm copping that kettle bell this weekend. Not familiar with it at all, you think you could post a good beginner workout routine for them? Or pm me one? Need to tone up literally every part of me lol. I look like a deflated balloon.
Here is bruh @LPast
Why are kettle bells better than dumbbells?
Its not abouz comparing bruh. Its about
Either you Mix them
Or you work with them separately
Or you just pick up one.
For somebody who look to get SWOLL ill recommend the gym. Cause before you attain a swolling inducer kettlebell weight and technique, it will take you about a YEAR of dedication. And im talking about just attaining. Doing a military press with a 89 kb is something else because of the GRAVITY effect. And things start to get really DANGEROUS. You are alone with 89 lbs over your head. You dont have to hesitate, you have to evaluate your stamina and hve the impecable technique or shit get really real. In a Nutshell its DISCIPLINE OR EMERGENCY, or worse.
Now KBs are good in the BURNING FAT / MUSCLE MAINTENANCE TO BUILDING combo.
Again do be greedy. You might lose 2000 calories by swinging a bell for an hour long but chances are you might collapse.
I recommend you to ADD IT to your gym regiment. Do pull ups and chin ups with it for example. Do deep pushups. Swing or front squat it after barbell squats. Do some laid down presses after after a bench press.
DO NOT TAKE A HEAVY ONE!! 20% of your weight will do for about two months so you could learn the techniques and accomodate yourself to it.
BE PATIENT. In the begining STAY FOCUS!!! No music ( you must master the breathing cycle) NOBODY AROUND you (if you have a young kid LOCK yourself somewhere). Dont do more than 30 mns of kb training, pauses included.
DONT DIET!!! The caloric deficit is too high!!! And you better eat clean.
