I never heard of this so I googled it and found out I got one not far from me, I'll be there this weekend
 
New smoothie potion

Raspberries/blackberries lots of them

Kiwi lots of it

Plain Greek yogurt

3 large scoops of raw honey

Chia seeds

And vanilla almond milk

I personally love battle ropes, can really sculpt the body and It's great for cardio endurance also. I incorporate sets into my workouts in the gym everytime. Limited? I actually find it to be Limitless due to the creativity and experimenting u can do with em.

This video really showed me how to fully explore working out with the ropes.
