I take creatine and BCAAs on my training days, and I don't follow a diet. Eating 3-4 meals a day and for the most part, it's healthy. However, if I want a large pizza or something else and I have the money for it, I will buy it.

Not bad so you're just naturally a big dude? I'm naturally skinny so I'm out here stuffing my face with calories and protein, clean as possible but yea...if I want a pizza im eating it too

I've always been big, just managed to turn the bigness into muscle. I don't know my body fat percentage, but it damn sure ain't single-digits.

Man all this eating healthy, cooking, and washing dishes is a pain in the ass. Sometimes a nigga just feel like saying fuck it and call up a order of hot wings with extra fries n hang it up.

Nobody told you to fall into ORTHOREXIA. Eating processed stuff and junk from time to time is not a big deal
