@lemzpocalypse...I did this yesterday with some 35lb KB's and it kicked my ass. I wouldnt do this off the rip with something heavy if I were you. I tried to limit rest to 30 secs or less, but as it got heavier, and my shoulders started burning, it increased to like 45 secs

For my first time, I clocked in at 39:00 exactly. Gonna try to get this under 25 then eventually 20.

I can do it with two 48 lbs kettlebells. Just do it REGULARLY and you will naturally progress bruh

When do you rest? It looks like you're supposed to keep it going right up until you get to 10 burpees with no rest in between

i mean, i gotta watch it again, but i thought it said 30 secs or as little rest as possible

there is just NO way you gon do this all the way through on the very first try without rest. YOu have neither the strength or endurance.

and i did 35lb KBs. Not trying to make it seem like they some cars or something, but that shit gets heavy. My shoulders and upper back are still sore af

I might buy one of those weighted sleds and run some hills at my old baseball and football stomping grounds, got the rope and farmers walk bars in the mail I said fuck it

if you got some weights at home..might be cheaper to just build you one
