I think that ill make more progress.

Mannn I decided to try the xbox one fitness on the kinect as a damn pre workout before the gym. I tried this joint called mossa fight, bruuuuh that shit was intense. Muthafuckas had me in the zone like I was really in the gym.

Good quality workout for 40mins. Im sitting here debating if I wanna go to gym now lol.

Cancelled my gym membership I stopped going for a while was just donating money. Gonna try to do some home work out stuff.

Downloaded this 7 minute workout app. Did it yesterday. It was sad man I got a lot of work to do.

Moving back home to Vegas in a couple months, so might be out of a gym membership for a little while till We get settled in, already planning my home work out routine.

In Dallas for the weekend visiting my parents. Did the chest workout this morning w/ pops. Even at 55 yrs old, dude still goes harder than any other workout partner I've had.

2 weeks later after ramadan. Im able to walk a mile with the 61 lbs kettlebell.

Running and calisthenics the morning and going to the gym in the afternoon works really good for me.

Next step the turkish get up

Whats really the benefit of walkin a mile wit a kettlebell? Sounds like an injury waiting to happen.

Really bruh? You're surprising me man with some of the comments you make.

That's a full body workout. Our ancestors were constantly carrying heavy stones great distances.   Whether it was to make a fire pit, add strength to a hut or build some monument, they had to be strong enough to pick up a heavy stone and have the conditioning necessary to walk with it.

It really is a total body work out.  Your arms are worked from holding and gripping the kettlebell, your back and core are constantly under strain to keep your torso erect and your legs are obviously doing all the walking. Grip strength gonna be on 1,000 with consistency.

They don't make us like they used to.
