I think I'm going to start a lot of back exercises too, I want to be able to do more pull ups...

Yea I'm 245, but I should be able to do more pull ups

I can go in and KO 5 sets of 10 like nothing because I do them all the time. And I switch my grips with each set. Overhand, underhand, 2 sets with opposite palms supinated, close grip, etc...

Start doing them all the time and they will get easier. Start with 5 sets of whatever # you think you can hit. Then increase your reps by 1 every week, or according to how your body is responding to them.

When I first started I was doing like 3 sets of 5.

If I really wanted, I think I could KO sets of like 20.

Oh yeah, your weight don't mean shit, trust me. I'm heavy myself. I've seen big ass dudes (weigh close to 300) knock out 20+ pullups like they wasn't shit.

I been kinda slacking on my eating since thanksgiving. Back in it now though, didnt gain much when i was eating bad. Lost 95lbs since March 2014. Aint work out much but gonna go get a gym membership this weekend start going.

Still want to lose about 10-20 more lbs and bulk up a little.

Pullups are way easier on a skinnier bar. If you only do pullups on the fat bars and get good at them to where they become easy, then go to a skinny bar, bruh, you'll be doing them shits for days without breaking a sweat.
