How do you do a decline rep, then a sit-up? Wouldn't you be hitting your head on that bar?

It came close, but I just adjusted the part that held my legs and I was good
 
Ran the Peachtree in 58 mins. My best time ever! Now my goal is to cut it down to 55 mins or less.

Yo I need some good protein shake recipes. I am going to start drinking them for lunch.

I see that this is the best on Amazon.
