Took a few days off, that turned into a week, that turned into 2 weeks. Never again...

Boxing Class, 1/2 Mile Run Circuit Training. Fasted.

Trying to get back into the groove of things.
 
think im officially addicted to leg day

had leg day two consecutive days doing sandbags and LAWD

the struggle is real

to everybody in here. I know we mainly talk about different exercises and techniques and stuff, but we dont really talk about diet...aka...lifestyle changes

what do ya'll typically eat on a daily basis?

I know @dwo was talking about how he started eating sardines and shit for snacks while he is at work

dont look like the fitness thread gon ever get any serious traction, so i guess this is the proper place to talk about nutrition
 
i got a self filtering water bottle, i prolly fill it up like 10-15 times a day,

my diet mostly consits of oatmeal, wheat thins, baby spinach leaves, peanut butter, lunch meat, and sardines.....

very protien heavy...

for breakfast in the mornings i eat a bowl of oatmeal with raw almonds, and fruit (typically any combination of strawberries, blue berries, black berries, and rasberries) this week black berries were on sale...so we on that tip....

2 hours later 10 wheat thins with peanut butter

right before lunch i typically get my work out in, and for lunch it's a protein...lunch mean, or i might bring in fish or chicken with a very very healthy helping of baby spinach leaves as a salad....those big ass bags are only like 2 servings....so i make sure i smash mad spinach.....

then for an afternoon snack it's sardines and either wheat thins again, or the whole wheat ritz with sardines

dinner again i eat a healty serving of vegtables, a protien, (beans, fish, or chicken mostly....sometimes red meat...) and a very small serving of starch....my go to has been brown rice as of late....

been on this since about march, and i'm prolly seeing the best results of my life....

even when i lost like 30 pounds from just boxing everyday for my wedding i didn't see this much definition peeking through.....if i keep this up by my bday aug1rst a nigga might have some cuts to show off

I eat normaĺly. rarely red meat and mostly white meat.

Morning 2 eggs with broccoli

lunch army meal

Afterworkout some protein shake

For dinner a little pasta or rice with salmon or chicken . Or a smoothie with fruits and veggies with protein powder.

I drink water and one or two sodas per week. I also eat a bag of chips one time a week. It takes me three days to finish it though.

this is my lifestyle for a year right now. No more depressing food. I have added veggies and fruits in it. I eat meals with dressing. i have just reduce the portions. And when i dont exercise i dont eat the same amount of food that i take in workout days.

Im 182 lbs right now so i think that ill add a little lbs on the chest. I consider my body achieved weightwise for most. Im halfway but i dont rush into it.

Now its just about giving the necessary stamina , endurance and definition. Hence the kettlebell route ive taken. When i go to the gym its mainly for bench pressing and deadlifting

Sound like you are getting the hang of eating right.

I had no choices. I have nearly doubled my weight. I ve started to feel tired too quickly and my PT test results have gone down like a black hawk in somalia smh.

i felt like a burden. each move was like a fight. Sleeping apnee, some erectile dysfunctions from time to time, quick exhaustion and plateaus.

So ive decide to increase my knowledge about eating right and training in accordance to my goals In a sustainable way.

Ive taken back the control of my body.

ive put the right engine in the truck.
 
I can't get with eating nasty ass sardines and wheat thins, I rather just not eat

Bout to go run off these quesadillas and beer from last night
 
Just had this banging ass 6 inch chicken teriyaki

It's taking everything in my power not to walk back in there for the other half
