so according to this calculator my 10 x 3 reps of 175 is the same as 233
i think at my absolute strongest in college, my max was close to 250, so it looks like i'm slowly approaching my all time best

i like definition, but i'm not really trying to bulk up which is why i never max out, it's all about reps.....
i've been doing 3 x 10 reps cuz i know that's like somewhere around 70%......but if i start pushing harder with no supervision, i run the risk of injury, which is what i don't want...
but that shit gutta posted looks pretty good,
imma go in there and just do leg and core work today and save the bench for last.....
