My clumsy ass sprained my ankle overstepping the last step on the stairs a couple days ago. skipped one day of cardio, but wrapped that bitch up today, and put in work.

so according to this calculator my 10 x 3 reps of 175 is the same as 233

i think at my absolute strongest in college, my max was close to 250, so it looks like i'm slowly approaching my all time best

Do this Du. 20 reps at 95, 15 reps at 115, 10 reps at 125, 8 reps at 135, and 20 reps at 95. 45 second rest in between.

i ain't tryna do no till failure shit bruh, i work out in a gym by myself.....there's no spots or anyone to check in incase shit goes wrong, all my work outs are controlled..plus my goal is weight loss...

i like definition, but i'm not really trying to bulk up which is why i never max out, it's all about reps.....

i've been doing 3 x 10 reps cuz i know that's like somewhere around 70%......but if i start pushing harder with no supervision, i run the risk of injury, which is what i don't want...

but that shit gutta posted looks pretty good,

imma go in there and just do leg and core work today and save the bench for last.....

Shit yo, I did lunges, reverse and side,

Then I did crunches with a 45 plate, and used the same plate for side bends, then I did leg lifts with a 20 dumbbell, all 3 sets of 10 with 50 jumping jacks in between each set before doing gutta bench work out....

Had a nice sweat going,

Did the 1rsr 20, no sweat

Did the 15, felt A burning,.like fuck it I got this

Got to the 8, oh shit, oh shit, but I finished

Back to the last 20..... 5 in I'm like push it push it, at 8, arms started doing the wiggle, lol stopped at 10, stretched for 20 seconds and knocked pot the last 10.....

I'm gonna get it next time straight through

Back in the gym yesterday after 3 months of recovery from surgery. Still put up 275. It's gonna take a minute to get back to normal, but it feels good to be back.
 
Discovered Charles Glass today. Very knowledgeable. Look him up on youtube, you'll learn a lot. He teaches you how to incorporate more of your muscles and contract them better, to help tare the muscle fibres.

Damn yo I know we all would have ill work outs if we were in the same city. Du next time squeeze/tense up your chest as you do it. Because the whole goal of the exercise is to give you a disgusting pump PAUSE in your chest.
