10 Swings

Strength movement 2 reps

15 Swings

Strength movement 3 reps

25 Swings

Strength movement 5 reps

30 second rest

50 Swings

3 minute rest.

Repeat 4 more times.

The strength movements I'll be cycling through are weighted chin ups, weighted chest dips, front squat, and deadlift.

So for example, at the completion of a workout I will have done 500 swings and 50 weighted chin ups.

Next day, 500 swings and 50 weighted chest dips....

Only one strength movement per workout.

got home and saw some boxes on the porch. I was geeked like a mofo

opened them up, and only one KB had arrived. Dafuq?

emailed the company and they were super cool about it. THey said they packed them in separate boxes but they left the warehouse in two different trucks and the other one should arrive shortly but to let them know if I dont have it by next week.

My Cabinet looking good. Got a mix of multi vitamins,fish oil, Amino Acids, pre workout,protein pancake mix.

And 4 kinds of protein instead of drinking coffee I use the protein with the cinnamon bun on it its 50 calories and 10grams of protein per scoop.

I drink that every morning, and the OxyElite protein is used for after workouts the Monster casein protein is used before going to bed and the bag on the far right is used for baking.

I finally found low carb,protein packed pasta (17g) per serving I used gluten free tomato sauce and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese with a side of baked garlic chicken.

so i copped the kb. im hoping i can get those 500 swings in a day. im trying to look right for myself this spring and beyond so i can feel good about myself and look in the mirror. and that i might be able to finally get a date with an actual attractive woman
 
im a try these kettle bells, they have them up to 50 pounds in the parent room at the gym I go to. My wife will dig it because, she says I always abandon her at the gym to lift in the weight room.
