Strength movement 2 reps
15 Swings
Strength movement 3 reps
25 Swings
Strength movement 5 reps
30 second rest
50 Swings
3 minute rest.
Repeat 4 more times.
The strength movements I'll be cycling through are weighted chin ups, weighted chest dips, front squat, and deadlift.
So for example, at the completion of a workout I will have done 500 swings and 50 weighted chin ups.
Next day, 500 swings and 50 weighted chest dips....
Only one strength movement per workout.
