Its called rengade row. You make a deep push up then you lift the bell

Just read something called the death crawl you might want to check out.

3 Push Ups on the KB, 1 Row on each side, then propel yourself forward, repeat.

So all of yall cosign the ab wheel as the best thing for a six pack?

Lifting weights alone is enough for the sick pack (bench, barbell row, military press, squat, deadlift) but if you really wanna supplement with an "ab exercise" the ab wheel is all you really need imo.

Start with kneeling and work your way to standing.

You niggas is baby weight lol Put on 10 pounds and screaming bloody murder yo. I weighed in at 240 this past Monday. I'm big as fuck yo, strong as fuck too (I'm known as one of the strongest mothafuckas at my gym).

I weigh a little too much though, I'm carrying too much fat at the moment. I started my cut on Monday as well. I been hesitant to cut cause I don't want to see my strength gains suffer. We'll see how it goes.

Its simple man. Just find some things that you like and rotate your diet around that. Make you Veggies taste good. I add Garlic, Sea Salt, and Honey to mines. This time I just used the what was left over from the Chicken and Mixed my veggies in that and it tasted great.

I weigh 17 pounds more than you. LOL Pretty solid build for my height(5'8"), though, especially doing them calisthenics!

That's what's up yo. Yeah I'm 5'8 too. This is the heaviest I've ever been, but I look way better at this weight than I did at 225 a few years back before I lost all that weight.
