Lifting weights alone is enough for the sick pack (bench, barbell row, military press, squat, deadlift) but if you really wanna supplement with an "ab exercise" the ab wheel is all you really need imo.

Start with kneeling and work your way to standing.

That's what's up yo. Yeah I'm 5'8 too. This is the heaviest I've ever been, but I look way better at this weight than I did at 225 a few years back before I lost all that weight.

I dont weigh myself because it's such a mind fuck because of going from just 249 fat down to 185 and than bulking up.

Recently I bulked more the last part of the year and started to cut mid December more do to carpal tunnel. Either way made some changes to the diet and keeping size and stomach has slimmed down a lot. Doing that stairmaster for 30 minutes at the beginning has helped. In a month or less I'm going to jump on some deca and test e. Shout out to @waterproof

and yea Im the same I don't weigh myself because my shit jumps around too much and it would have me paranoid/anorexic if I always worried about my weight

Eat clean and do some intense cardio like rowing or treadmills bruh.

And you better kniw your weight instead of making stressfull assumptions about your supposed weight increasing or decreasing...

lol IDK Im actually not really skinny ,Im cut and got good definition , Im def not rail thin
