I just read online about Albolene Cream..any of yall ever used it when yall workout?? heard it gets rid of alot of 'water weight' that may be stored in your stomach area and you sweat alot in the areas that the cream is applied on..

My stomach is str8 but I wanna shed a few more inches to make it more flat...washboard status...I'm tired of taking fat burners or whatnot..I've toned up in all the areas I want to tone up in, but so the fat burners are useless to me..so I just wanna lose a few more inches..I heard boxing/fighters use the cream to make their stomach flat before their fights...

Any of yall ever used it?

Nope bruh dont believe this hype !! You have to BURN more calories than you take throughout eating and drinking. You have to eat clean.

20 mns swinging 52 lbs kettlebell will make you burn from 400 to 600 calories.

Now wher you gon lose depends on your body since we are all different.

Hard work wins. Stop with these burners and creams. Ropes, treadmills and kettlebells are cheap and have proven results.

No sweat no results

No pain no gain

shotcuts are a waist of time money and results

Just was curious to the cream to see how it can or if it works..

its just gonna get rid of the water, not fat or anything like that..fighters and stuff use it to help them make their weights. same thing with the bodybuilders using preperation h. you pretty much already gotta have single digit body fat for them to help abs pop.

I used HITT, HIRT, and TUT to come up with this one. Its great for fat burning:

100 Cal Run

Chest: 5 Bench Press/5 Push Ups/5 Cable Flys for 10 Mins

Back: 5 Deadlifts/5 Seated Rows/5 Burpee Pull Ups for 10 Mins

Legs: 5 Squats/5 Jump Squats/5 KB Swings for 10 Mins

100 Cal Walk/Run

I went ahead and purchased the cream and did the wrap...

Sweated like a slave...so it makes you sweat in the areas you apply the cream too..

 
Fasted Workout this Morning:

200 Cal Warm Up.

Thrusters/Bench Press Heat Up X 3

3 Squats/5 Bench Press/3 Deadlifts/5 Bench Press X 4

5 Squats/7 Bench Press/5 Deadlifts/7 Bench Press X 1

Got down to 224 last year. Then suffered a Shoulder injury, a Knee injury, and then hurt my other Shoulder.

Lost a lot of strength and got back up to a horrible 231 Jan 1st. 218 right now, and planning on being under 195 by Aug.

So far, I dropped 10-11 Pounds in Jan and 2-3 pounds so far in Feb. Added Noticeable Mass to my Back, Chest, Traps and a bit on my Biceps.
