Started running October 24 at 210 lbs. and a 13:16 1.5 mile. I'm now at 193 and 10:38 half mile. Progress.

Atlanta Spartan Race March 7th weekend. Anybody ever done one of these?

100 Cal Warm Up.

100 Timed Twin Set Burpee Pull Ups 9:19

25 Push Ups/Sit Up/Squats/KB Swings

down 11 pounds in Jan.
 
Bad Chick in fitness modeling. Made me go a lil harder in the gym this morning.

75 Cal Warm UP

5 Bench Press/KB Swing/Standing Curls for 10 Mins

5 Deadlifts/Push Ups/Burpee Pull Ups for 10 Mins

5 Squats/Seated Rows/ KB Swings for 10 Mins

25 Crunches, 20 Push Ups, 15 BW Squats, 10 KB Swings, 05 Burpee Pull Ups

 
Doing tricep presses, 270, went home and now have knot in my stomach. It's been there for a few days now. Is this just a muscle spasm?

No, this is when someone responds to you when they're clearly not on your level or about that life. 270 on a machine press is nothing new. This is a rare incident that was proven to be minor.
